Cruise experts, very professional and get you the best deal.
In October 2025 I booked a retirement celebration cruise to take place in February 2026. 28th February 2026 on the MSC Euribia from Dubai. Little did the world know that on that fateful date the US would attack Iran and my eagerly anticipated cruise would be cancelled. However we were already aboard before cancellation and did experience several days in the luxury of Yacht Club on that beautiful ship. But all that is on my MSC review, which, along with Click&Go, handled the crisis with impressive professionalism.
At Click&Go my dealings from the outset were with Willie Walsh and now I wouldn't book a cruise from anybody else. Willie is extremely knowledgeable about cruising, professional and patient, as I pestered him with questions before eventually commiting to book. And a gentleman who helped me navigate the online booking and payment system. Having been refunded for the cancelled cruise I went straight back to Willie to book me another MSC cruise and once again booking with him has been a pleasure.
A shout out also to the other Click&Go staff, like Charlene, who contacted me continually while on the Euribia waiting to get home. They were at all times kind and supportive and immediately processed my refund from MSC without any delay.
Experts in all matters cruising and able to get good deals for their customers, I would have no hesitation in recommending Click&Go and will be a loyal customer going forward. Thanks so much guys and well done to you all for a really excellent service.

Corina was so helpful when I was…
Corina was so helpful when I was looking for advice on what holiday would suit me. As I am on crutches she advised me where to go that was flat and suitable for easy access. She emailed me information on different places and hotels so I was not rushed into deciding there and then. Very happy with my booking experience.
