There was some maintenance being done outside of my building which caused disruption to my power in my flat. I called the emergency number as it was out of hours and Ryan was amazing, he found out what was going on and got an update to me so quickly! He communicated the situation and what the timeframe for the works would be and was very helpful, answering all of my questions. The issues were resolved same day! Thank you to Ryan and the clever team :)

Our team have been carrying works out on behalf of clever for a fair while now, from what I can see the service is second to none and my dealings with Ryan have been effortless, communication has been spot on throughout our relationship from him.

I had a sick drunk lad passed outside my accomodation, he was taken in the communial area and after a while he bagan to throw up.

Since moving to Clever Lets after having a less than satisfactory experience with another Plymouth Agency I can only say how impressed and pleased I’ve been with their service, knowledge and professionalism. I would like to mention Amber who on a number of occasions has gone above and beyond, helping me at weekends and liaising with maintenance and other external companies. Whoever I speak to in Clever Lets, whether it’s student letting, maintanance, residential sales or accounts every one is very helpful and gives feedback, support when needed. They have definitely restored my faith in Letting Agencies.

Absolutely awful experience thus fur. They will refuse to let you cancel, despite rejecting a term of your application, and despite having no valid cancellation policy, and will call your guarantor when you do not answer the phone within 15 minutes (consequently upsetting them with "bullying behaviour", leaving you to console them). they will make you sign a contract at the very first point of application, and then will use your signature as validity of a full contract, despite not signing it themselves. All of my communication with them thus-far has been unprofessional and dismissive. seeing as it looks like I'm to be forced into living under them for a year, I'm writing in the hopes I can get a future student to avoid like the plague.

Charlotte from maintenance was so helpful and clear with helping with my maintenance, she got my issues fixed the same day.
