RYDE X LIVINGWAY
We recently hosted our RYDE & SHINE Pilates rooftop event at ROCO Livingway, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish.
The rooftop terrace is a fantastic space with amazing views, creating the perfect atmosphere for a wellness event. Everything was well presented, and the venue provided a unique setting that our guests absolutely loved.
A special thank you to Caitlin, who was a pleasure to work with throughout. She was professional, friendly, organised, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her communication was excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
We'd highly recommend ROCO Livingway for anyone looking to host an event and look forward to working with Caitlin and Livingway again in the future.

I hosted a cake decorating class for the residents at Roco Livingway this evening
What a fabulous place this is. Clean and modern with excellent social space to hold the workshop. Caitlin had booked me for the event and was on site to help me show me around.
I’d love to do more of these. The residents were such a lovely group and seemed to really enjoy the evening . Thank you to the lovely staff on site

Recommended Accommodation in Bolton
The building has been recently refurbished and is well maintained. The on-site team are friendly , supportive, and always willing to help specially Darwin. They respond quickly to maintenance issues and ensure repairs are carried out promptly, helping to keep the property in good condition.

My very good experience
I recently viewed and now hopefully have secured my first one bed flat. The staff have made this process 1000 times easier. The viewing with Darwin was very good and he gave me time to view the properties fully and didn’t rush. The communications through email with the team have also been wonderful. Especially for someone who has never rented alone before and needs extra guidance and reassurance. 🫶🏼

Livingway and The Spot, Bolton (Highly Recommend)
I can’t speak highly enough of Livingway. Even before moving into The Spot in Bolton, the team were very accommodating with my move‑in time.
Once living at The Spot, I found the property a genuinely nice place to live. The apartments are a good size, with high ceilings, large windows, and plenty of character, as you’d expect from a Grade II listed building.
While it retains its original charm, it still feels modern and well equipped, with WiFi included in the rent being a particular bonus. The communal areas are well kept, and there are often Livingway team members on site ensuring everything is well-maintained.
Throughout my two‑year tenancy, the team were consistently responsive to my messages. The few maintenance issues I had were resolved quickly and efficiently, and any administrative tasks were handled professionally and fairly.
Between the quality of the living space and the professionalism of the team, my time renting with Livingway was comfortable and straightforward. I would recommend The Spot to anyone looking to live in the centre of Bolton, and would recommend renting with Livingway more generally.

Great experience at Pasha House
Solomon was so helpful in getting everything sorted in my apartment at Pasha house. He explained everything and showed me how to onboard with the Livingway app. I really appreciate him providing that level of help on move in day.
