I can’t recommend this company enough. I was struggling to get a van when I phoned class 1 vehicle hire at 3:30 pm wasn’t expecting to get one as he had none but he phoned a couple of clients who had the vans that he thought would be in and he got me one and even stayed late for me to pick it up. The customer service is second to none

I can not fault class1 vehicle hire there service was great from start to finish. Even though we went to the wrong place to pick up the vehicle Charles quickly sorted out what the problem was and we were there in no time. I will definitely use there services again.

After using a usual van hire company in my area and being let down too many times with poor quality and dirty vans we decided to try Class 1. Our expectations were low at the time as the cost was low but we soon learned that the stock that they had available were all 2nd to none. We hired a LWB Merc Sprinter which met our needs without any issues. The staff were great to deal with and after explaining to them that we were a local food bank who relied on volunteers coming along to help out and that we could not guarantee a time to have the van back they said that if we kept them updated then they could accommodate us. We will certainly not use another hire company and we highly recommend Class 1 Vehicle Hire.

Found Class 1 online in amongst other, more well known, hire companies.
When I phoned, I was through to Charlie, who offered clear and precise information on prices and extras.
Even with extras, Class 1 was still cheaper.
