This place is an absolute disgrace. From the second you arrive it feels like a scam. No visible management, no structure, no professionalism, just hostility and blank stares, like you’ve wandered somewhere you’re not welcome.

The vans are in shocking, borderline unsafe condition. Clearly neglected and with basic road-safety issues that should never exist on a hire vehicle. Genuinely concerning.

They appear to play games with deposits and then go completely silent. Communication is atrocious before, during, and after hire. No accountability, no answers, no care.

Avoid at all costs. Do not risk your money or your safety here. Use a reputable van hire company, literally anywhere else would be better.

Hired a van again at short notice (less than 24hrs). Charlie was very accommodating and although all his vans were out, he still didn't dissapoint us and managed to get one. Van was spotless and the service yet again "amazing, first class". Thanks very much Charlie, much appreciated. Had the van for a full day and no pressure as to returning it next day. An amazing local business and very helpful 👏 👌 👍

We highly recommend Class1vehiclehire for all fleet leasing needs. Very professional company, with a class 1 personal service. First time I've used Class 1 and I have to say I was very impressed. The van was excellent - just a few miles on the clock and a dream to drive. Customer experience was very good too from booking to pickup and return. Class 1 - the name tells you all you need to know.
