Not very impressed with clarks.having problems with my kia sportage parking sensors.booked in to rectify faults and told all done so collected car.soon became obvious sensors still not all working.car booked in again but in the meantime I had scratched the bumper which I had repaired before the car went back in.now from being covered by warranty they are not apparently.seems they are looking for any excuse to get out of repair.service staff very arrogant bordering on rude.shall not be buying any future cars from these people
My experience was not the best
My experience was not the best. I traded my suzuki in and they gave me rock bottom price and then found out later they sold it for double they gave me. A week later I had a small problem with my new used car and they charged me £80 labour just to grease the back brake drum. And while I was there the manager Ashley didn't say hello. Things are always not what they seem. Bit of a sad face really 😔

My entire experience at Clarks of Kidderminster was wonderful, all because of Amber! She hasn't been with Kidderminster Clarks long but she went above and beyond to get me my dream car within my budget. She sorted everything for me (even when we hit some problems) she bent over backwards to ensure I walked away a happy customer. She's extremely calm and polite and takes all the stress out of buying a car. Thank you Amber! Don't know what I'd have done without you.
Worst dealership in the UK!!
Called in today to purchase a New Kia xceed £26300. Just wanted to see the infra red on the car as only seen online. The sales man in the Kia showroom askead me to go over to the Suzuki showroom and they would sort me out, walked over to Suzuki and the chap in there asked why I have gone in there for Kia? I explained the kia chap had sent me over and he was as surprised as I was. He sent me back to Kia and when I went back in to complain, the two gents standing by the the door I asked for the manager and they looked at each other as if I was stupid, both said he was not there, I then asked to see the red infra red colour and went outside with the one chap. No one was interested in dealing with me or the sale. I just said thanks for nothing and walked off. I purchased a new car at another dealer that couldnt do enough for me. I got home and emailed Kia Clarkes at Kidderminster and within a few minutes had a phone call from the manager!!! He did apologise and didnt know anything about it and asked if he could deal with my sale. I explained what had happened and he did say he would look into it, and wanted to help. I told him I had already sorted my car and purchased from another dealer and would not give them a sale as the none interest of the sales staff they obviously doot need any sales! Kia must pay great salaries for the sales men to not be interested in selling cars!
Readiog the reviews on here shows the total lack of interest, if I had read them before would of gave Clarkes a miss. Why dont the main companies read the reviews and sort the bad showrooms out? Cars are not cheap and a big purchase, if they dont require the sales how do they survive!😡😡😡😡😡😡

Phoned up about an autotrader advert about a kia stonic .Gave all my details and was told will send all details to me. 3 days later I phoned up and always busy we will phone you back .Never phone back Tried 3 more times noone phoned back Poor customer service and not bothered if they sell cars .
Take your car to be serviced elsewhere
What a dreadful service from the so called service department!
Took car in for its first service - told it would take up to 90 minutes BUT after over 2 hours it was still not completed - blaming a slow internet update ! If it’s going to take longer than 90 minutes then say so !
Do you think we have all got 2-3 hours to waste sitting around for a car to be serviced !
AND not very apologetic either ! I think they have forgotten who is the paying customer!

I have been a disability customer for a few years...but I have never had a better experience than I had at this Dealership.
Geoff Currin ( Sales Executive) who dealt with our application, is a decent calm and knowledgeable man.
He was 100% efficient with all our paperwork and other things...for example..he took us through the new car controls and answered all our questions with what we believe to be excellent and concise answers.
He is one of the most lovely men you would ever want to meet....no push to rush....and accommodated us A1.

Very happy with my new car
My wife has her first Motability car through Clarks. With the great service that she received it made sense for me to look there too when I came to need a new car. For both of us our salesperson was Gino.
From initial enquiry to test-drive to driving away the car it took us about a week which including securing finance, sorting insurance and so on. This involved regular exchanges with Gino and I and he did his best to make the experience go smoothly.
This is my first car bought with finance and the newest car I've ever owned.
I'm very happy with the experience and would highly recommend Clarks for car purchases.

Do not buy a car from this garage!! I purchased a car from here July last year and it's been the worst experience. The car has been in the garage over 10 times and each time they have the car for 2-3 weeks at a time. They extended my 6 month warranty to 12 months which is the only positive as without this extra 6 months I would have been left with some hefty bills. The car is currently back with them whilst they replace a turbo that they had to replace in February which was faulty. It will be another 3 weeks without the car by the time we get it back. The service team seriously lack customer care skills also..

The worst vauxhall dealership avoid it was interested in a Corsa Griffin was really messed around paid deposit on line Clarks rang me to say someone else had reserved it before me and they would try and find me another they couldn't would I wait to see if other customer brought it after a test drive I said NO I had full refund on deposit and went to baylis Worcester treated slot different it was s pleasure to deal with baylis Worcester unlike Clarks Kidderminster avoid like the plague the dealership from hell really unprofessional they will mess you around .....
Took my Father there
Took my Father there , as he was interested in a used Sportage on Saturday. He visited the showroom again the day after to confirm he would have the car , subject to a test drive . Promised a call 1st thing Tuesday to organise this . After putting in a few calls to chase this , he was told it had been sold and these things happen! Very poor service and will not recommend .
The Friendly Dealership
We collected our new Sportage yesterday, our 2nd one. Geoff was brilliant, his Product knowledge is Amazing. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. It was really easy to make our decision. Clarks of Kidderminster have a great reputation and deservedly so. There aftersales service is brilliant. Thank-you Geoff for making it so easy. We would recommend this Company to everyone !! 10 out of 10 , We would really like to award them 6 stars.
