They are very professional
Their support is second to none
I can confidently recommend them to any one
I want to say that I am eternally grateful to all that had contact with me

Absolutely can’t speak highly enough of Nia and Rebecca. They were so thorough, kind and always had our best interests at heart. Communication was perfect throughout and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It was genuinely a joy to receive such great treatment. We won’t go anywhere else in the future. Thank you x

We recently used Nia Weatherby for the sale of our flat, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Communication was prompt and clear throughout, and every step was explained in a way that was easy to understand. Nia was proactive in dealing with our buyers’ solicitors, often chasing and following up to keep the process moving. She provided clear guidance whenever minor issues arose, which gave us complete confidence. We felt fully supported by Nia and her team and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, proactive, and professional conveyancing service.

I found CJCH refreshingly human with a genuine sensitivity to the challenges of a house move - In this case Nia Whetherby and Rebecca Wiltshire were overseeing things, with most of my communication being with Rebecca. Only let down by the solicitors on the other side, who I would never use, but perhaps cannot mention them here. Thankyou Rebecca and Nia

We have recently used CJCH for purchasing and selling, the experience was excellent throughout and both Nia and Rebecca were first class. Everything was efficient and timely. I would highly recommend.

We’ve just sold & completed on a house with CJCH. we first had Natalie & Carly, who were brilliant but due to unforeseen circumstances we got moved to Theresa & Kim- can’t say enough praise, they were fantastic and picked our case up really quickly, especially Theresa who was always available whenever needed, especially when it got tough and we had to turn around a DOV quickly, no question was a problem for them, and they made sure we completed on the date that was suggested at the start. We picked CJCH due to the knowledge they had of our estate in Newport, and I’m so glad we did. Thanks so much, I would certainly use them again.

We were looked after by John Moore, Lindsey Lock and Vicky Minor over a period of 4 years. We bought and sold our property using CJCH Solicitors. They were professional, always polite and very efficient in all their dealings with us.
Our thanks and gratitude to this great Team.
I would highly recommend their professional services.
Many thanks once again for all you did for us.
Sincerely, Andrew and Gale Shaw

Really really happy with the service CJCH SOLICITORS have provided. My case file was handled by Sarah Evans and towards the end of completion Amelia Hunt. Sarah always kept me up to date, provided me with all information, all the searches etc she sent over swiftly. She answered all my enquiries via email very quick responses I received, she helped us with a property purchase at first which then fell through because of us and that was due to an incompetent mortgage adviser at TSB. When I told Sarah about this she was understanding, when we managed to find another property, she was happy to take on the case and act on behalf of us and started right away with it. Glad we went with CJCH SOLICITORS will be using them again in the near future. I did find their prices reasonable compared to the quotes I was getting.

At a difficult time we will be eternally grateful to CJCH Solicitors and in particular Megan, for the time, effort and understanding of the situation that we found ourselves in. I would recommend CJCH to anyone who feels they have a need to contact a solicitor.
Thanks again for the work completed on behalf of the family.

Gratefully
Paul

CJCH have been fantastic in helping me become sole owner of my home. Kimberley was very professional, organised and made me aware of everything happening throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them for all your solicitor related needs.

This is the first time we have needed to consult a solicitor and from the very first meeting Laurie was professional, approachable, and took the time to explain the process. Laurie provide excellent advice and guidance on the matter and suggested the best way forward at each step. We can’t thank Laurie enough for her hard work and commitment.
We would highly recommend Laurie and CJCH.

Correspondence was great, easy process and were easy to get hold of in comparison to other solicitor used during my sale process.

I used CJCH on the sale and purchase of my property. Nia Weatherby was fantastic at answering my questions and keeping me updated throughout the process. She worked hard to get me to completion on the date I wanted!
Thank you!

Highly recommend Gavyn from CJCH. He was very reassuring and patient directing me through something I have never had to go through before so was naturally nervous. He set expectations early and left feeling positive thanks to his expertise.

Karen was so helpful, I couldn't have asked for more.
very prompt and efficient

Only just started the process of Buying.
Up to now they have given good and clear information in a prompt manner

We have used CJCH in Blackwood on three occasions over the last few years, the most recent being my mother's house sale. I would definitely recommend this firm. Communication is excellent and staff are helpful and pleasant which makes a stressful time that much easier - thank you Rebecca and Nia.

Excellent company Danielle and zach were professional and caring throughout a very difficult time. Customer service excellent.

Sarah and Jerome were both very responsive and made sure both the sale of a property for my stepmother and the subsequent purchase of a new home all went very smoothly. Exchanging on both on same date and completing on both on the same day. All went without any hitches or delays. Very professional all round.

By far the best firm I’ve ever used for a house move. Ffion Barnett was absolutely incredible from start to finish, patient, knowledgeable, and diligent throughout the entire process. She communicated with us constantly and explained everything clearly, which made a complex sale and purchase feel so much more manageable.

Our transaction wasn’t straightforward, but Ffion went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, especially towards the end when the timeframes became tight. I genuinely trusted her completely, something I’ve rarely felt with conveyancers in the past.

She was professional, approachable, and took the time to explain every hurdle in detail so we always understood where we stood. Ffion has genuinely restored my faith in conveyancers. I can’t thank her enough for her hard work and commitment.

I would 100% recommend CJCH Solicitors, and especially Ffion, to anyone looking for a solicitor who truly cares and delivers exceptional service.
