Have used Natalie for over 10 years now, on all of my property transactions. Historically has been residential purchase/sale. This one was a development and honestly couldn't have been more knowledgable and proactive. Was a really difficult case and through no fault of CJCH dragged on for what seemed an eternity, but everything we needed was actioned efficiently and accurately.
