My entire order was unavailable and replaced
I placed an order for five different brands of cigar (19 cigars in total). A week later I received an email informing me that none of my choices were available and replacements were suggested. I had paid for the order so accepted the replacements (18 cigars were sent) some were much bigger than I’d wanted. No attempt was made to send a couple of free cigars for the disappointment. I don’t think I would use CigarSmokes again. The replacement cigars did arrive in very good condition though.

In fact, we negotiated with you and offered you a list of options that you agreed with. In fact, the options we offered were similar in price to the original products.

In the not too distant past ordering from CigarSmokes was efficient and convenient-Oksana would call me or I would call her, give her my order and she would send me a link.
Now, I cannot reach her and I have to send an email and wait for a considerable period of time.
