CHUMS DO NOT BELIVE CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY SEND THE WRONG [TOO SHORT] TROUSERS![this after phone call with unhelpful disbeliving customer DISERVICE agent] I ORDERED TWO 29" LONG TRUSERS ONE WAS ONLY 27" WHEN I ASKED CHUMS TO SEND ME WHAT I PAID FOR THEY SAID I HAD TO SEND THEM BACK AS THEY WILL NOT SEND REPLACEMENT WITHOUT GETTING THEM BACK. I SAID U MADE MISTAKE PLEASE SEND ME WHAT I ORDERED NOW! NO NO NO AND NO I SAID U DO NOT TRUST ME YES WE DO THEN SEND THE CORRECT TROUSERS TODAY NO NO NO NO! IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE IT IS UP TO THE CUSTOMER TO PUT IT RIGHT AND WAIT A MONTH FOR WHAT CUSTMER HAS ALRADY PAID FOR THEY TAKE NO RESPOSABILITY FOR THIER ACTIONS BUT U HAVE TO TRUST THEM!

Chums advertise coat for £42 with a code but when you enter the code it says code invalid.chums then want £59 for the coat.ive reported this misadvertising to trades descriptions

Too hard to return somebody else's stuff...crap company. It appears im not the only one who has had terrible service

I have bought clothes from Chums several times and have been completely satisfied with the garments. I would recommend chums.

I ordered socks on the 15th September
Sent two email’s between 15th and 27th no reply T check the delivery date.
I phoned on 27th the customer service agent was arrogant and rude.I told him I hadn’t received the socks and that they charged £7.00 delivery.
He finally looked up the order and said there was a problem printing the label.
I asked him to cancel the order he said he couldn’t.
Socks arrived today 27th October.
I will certainly never buy from “Chums and their friendly customer team again”

First order delivered very quickly, 2nd ordered still not here after 6 days, try to get in touch only by email no phone number, automatic reply which says an agent will reply or be in touch within 5 working days. I won’t be using this firm again.if I could give no stars I would this company is a joke , now 15 working days after order now told it will be here 5-7 working days. Upshot is promised delivery 10 or 12th of November no delivery, so opened a dispute with PayPal, refund in 3 days. Buyer Beware.

Absolute disgusting service ..all round nonsense...ordered sept 29th 2025 chums put wrong post code on the order so it then went back to the warehouse was told would resend several calls emails from me to ask where are the 2 cardigans ..quoted it was trousers and gave me another post code could not make it up ....i would never have ordered if I had read the reviews first ..spending lots of money on false advertising abd yet don't deliver on time even when they have correct details absolute disgrace no customer service skills .needs to be shut down ...now waiting from today conversation to see if the CARDIGANS arrive in 5 days I'm told paid again .refunded from last order

needs a good overall top to bottom not fit for purpose
total lack of customer service, its a wonder they have any at all.
trying to get refund is a joke never answer emails and kept on hold at 13ppm.
how do these people keep there jobs.
I've basically written off my money ever being returned

Absolutely appalling customer service, my dad brought some shoes and were coming apart after such little use. Emailed customer service 3 times and also a phonecall and have heard absolutely nothing.

I ordered a pair of slippers.. They charged me £5 95 delivery. I am still waiting for my order to arrive.
I will never shop with them again.

Disappointed with chums customer service.They sent a parcel to wrong address I told them where it was delivered, since then they told me they sent a cheque told me it would arrive in 10 days it didn’t , I sent more emails their response we will send it sorry for inconvenience wait 10days I waited 11 more days still no money.

Unless customer service.
Ordered boots which never arrived. Told they were with Everi. Not true. Told they were lost in warehouse !!!!!
Asked for a refund, still waiting.

Still waiting for the rest of my order. The reviews are awful and I certainly will never buy anything again from this company.I am considering legal action via my bank asI cannot afford to waste my money on their undelivered items.

Thanks goodness I checked with Trust Pilot. These terrible reviews put me right off buying anything from this company. I almost bought two pairs of pull on stretch cords. No way!

Have bought a lot of stuff from them in the past and always felt the quality of service and goods was good. Having been saturated with catalogues this year I bought some trousers and a cardigan. Cardigan fine but trousers poor quality & wrong size. Returned trousers but no response or refund. Will not shop at chums again. Suggest more trained staff, less marketing and easier means of contact (13p a minute phone calls).

Ordered a mobility aid on 23rd Sept
It arrived on 15th October
Sadly on this occasion chums have failed miserably
My product arrived on the same day as the new Autumn catalogue which I usually browse through and order goods It is safe to say it went straight into my recycle bin Sorry chums but something appears to have gone terribly wrong with the company and service provided

Avoid at all costs, absolute joke of a company, sorry I can’t give a 0 score. Order placed for delivery - which was delivered to a completely different address for some reason, to wait 5 days for someone to bother to reply is a joke. I’m now 2 weeks in since the order was placed, no goods received and still no refund, they are now saying the delivery was made to the correct address which is over 30 miles away from where it should have been delivered to. Had to make a dispute claim via my bank now. Shambolic customer service.

I was due 2 refunds of £20 each. Was accused of not returning items until I emailed them the return tracking details from Evry. Even then only ever received one refund of £20 and because of their incompetence I have given up and told them if they ever find where they sent the aledged second refund to they can give it to a charity of their choice but I will never purchase anything from Chums ever again. Shockingly poor and incompent customer service team.
