This was my time purchasing anything from Chicmi and it was a nightmare. I ordered 2 items from the Rachel Zoe sale. I never received any shipping info from the seller and eventually come to find out they never received the order from Chicmi (so they say). I finally received my order but for only 1 item. That took about a month. Chicmi had to try and chase Rachel Zoe down a 2nd time in regards to the missing item but they never responded to Chicmi or myself(I also sent an email). Needless to say I received a refund for the missing item and never did get a response from Rachel Zoe. It took almost 2 months to handle this ordeal.
I will say that the Chicmi rep I dealt with was on top of it and tried everything she could. I appreciate everything she did for me. I would drop Rachel Zoe as a customer if I were them. It makes Chicmi look bad.

People need to know that your company sucks and it stinks the customer services sucks the quality of clothing sucks.....You don't deserve any stars and clothing is not true the size🥴

I bought a pair of mens jeans. They arrived and were just as described. Delivery took quite a long time (about 3 weeks) which was ok as I was told that it would take that long at point of purchase but it would have been better to get the jeans quicker. I think the reason possibly for the long delivery time was that nothing was sent out until the sale was completed and all the stock had to come from a warehouse which delayed things.

I love Chicmi as they have terrific sales and great prices! I appreciate some of the different products they have, i.e. For Art's Sake sunglasses.

Very good communication. The parcel was late to arrive due to this Brexit new rules that make shipping’s to UK a real pain. Customer service was excellent as they kept me informed and apologised for the delay explaining the reasons. Thank you

Great app, keeps you informed about all the great sample sales around! During lock down its even more convinient- no need to travel, just browse and order items at great price. Delivery will take few weeks, but you still have an option to return, if items not the right size or to your taste. Thank you!

I purchased a lovely Monica Vinader bracelet, with gift bag. The bracelet came in an unbranded box and was nicely presented. It has the MV logo on. Very happy with item. The gift bag was missing from my order and the customer service team couldn’t have been more helpful in rectifying this. Thank you Chicmi I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

The Monica Vinader sale was my first experience on Chicmi, and it was absolutely seamless. There was good variety of stock and the additional drops also meant items throughout the day. The check out process was swift and easy and the delivery time was extremely efficient. Phenomenal prices- and exceptional quality of items. I’m so impressed.
