Chicmi is brilliant, utterly trustworthy!

I participated on Natura sample sale arranged by Chicmi and it was great. This is the second time a participate and I just have good things to say about it. The products are first class, range of products is good, prices are unbelievably affordable and customer services is perfect (anything you need is answered and they keep you updated on all progress of your delivery). This time the delivery took a little longer due to the changes in customs rules which were impacted by Brexit as the products were coming from Europe. But the waiting was worth it when I received my lovely Natura products. Looking forward to the next sample sale.

Putting our special sale of handmade rugs by women weavers in Afghanistan was a great move. It brought attention to the pop up sale and drove shoppers to our venue. Grateful for the help Chicmi staff gave us in making the listing stand out.

I write about my experience during the Armani sample sale by Chicmi and thereafter for my returns with the Chicmi/Juco team. Firstly, great items and choice in the sale at a reasonable price. The items cam as advertised, in some cases even nicer than show. The items were displayed very well and gave a good sense of what you were buying.

However, my experience with the Chicmi/Juco team after I had made my purchase, and when the service isnt typically good, is what has truly stayed with me. Even though I spoke to a few people; Mariapia, Francesca and Julie the interaction was the same each time.

The team is very responsive, within a few hours (if that) of my writing to the mailbox I received a response which is what you hope for when you write to someone about a problem, this I found to be an enormous consolation. The response was helpful, extremely polite, friendly, and resolved my query right away with minimal fuss. My problem was understood and resolved with the utmost pleasantness and without me having to jump through hoops, very understanding and helpful. The experience was truly refreshing and I would like to truly thank you for making this such a pleasant and beneficial experience. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your time and all your help, truly great. Also, a special thank to your Commercial Director. I will definitely be visiting your sales again and I cannot express how much I would recommend you to others. Again, thank you.

We love the natura products. Both my husband and I use them and they are really lovely on the skin.

Very good choice and kept in touch with delivery

I like shopping with Chicmi! No complaints at all.

One suggestion, though: whenever possible, I’d like to see inseam measurements included for full length pants. I’ve often not purchased pants because I don’t know if they’ll be long enough…and the item is “final sale.”

I have shopped a few of these Chicmi online sales but had never actually pulled the trigger and purchased. With Kiki leather I purchased a 1/2 dozen items. The selection was great and the prices incredible. Each item the description was thorough as well as adequate pics. I was surprised how fast the delivery was. It was that rare feeling of amazement when seeing and touching my new purses. The quality design and material was lovely. I am extremely pleased.

Love Chicmi for all sample sale info! They are my go-to for LA sales, and now during covid I love that they have transitioned to online sales! It's convenient and easy, and I love the products I've gotten!
