Booking online was a hassle, 20mins late
Booking online was a hassle, also tried to use the app but it keeps quitting. The cab I booked for Victoria station didn't show up so I called and was told driver had a puncture and another car was on it's way in 7 mins, that didn't show up eventually and Uber showed up 20m late, we missed our train to LGW. Cheetah have gone way downhill, shame I've used them for 45 years.

Great service , Our driver Arshid arrived on time, drove well (and safely) and got to Heathrow through peak hour with time to spare. Service from booking to pick up by Cheetah was first class

Aumar was our driver both to and from the special meal out with friends. Arrival and collection was seamless and without any issues. The car was very comfortable, particularly for our senior citizen passenger

Always very good. Have been using these guys for years primarily for airport transfers as I travel a lot. Cars are always punctual, clean cars, safe driving and friendly drivers. Easy to pay online in advance. Very reasonably priced.
