These little gems have saved my life. My anxiety used to be through the roof and I feel so much calmer and less anxious. I feel like a huge brick has been lifted off my shoulders.

I did lose couple 1st time , but with Acu seed tweezers it’s really not to bad , hardly noticeable all good

Being put into surgical menopause was a shock and a difficult time. HRT wasn’t quite enough and I was battling anxiety and stress that I have never experienced before. I turned to East Healing sceptically but what a huge difference the acu seeds have made. I feel so much better and they have really helped me feel more like myself again! I would definitely recommend trying.

They may only be tiny but they have made a big difference to me. My gut has settled down after 2 years and I feel so much better. I can't recommend them enough

I tried the ear seeds purely based on the reviews and have not been disappointed. I have placed them on my ear specifically to address insomnia, and I can honestly say they have worked for the first five day period.
I wear a Garmin which records my sleep so have seen the statistic of my sleep improvement! Non evasive, easy to apply with a handy video to watch to assist as well as written instructions. I’m very impressed and am using the next batch.

Be careful when you order, not so clear that I’d ordered the larger ones and had wanted the ones for ear!
Could still use them for sleep though and initially I did sleep better however after removing fir the rest days and reapplying I did not get any benefit unfortunately.

I found them very tricky to apply the seed often stuck to the tweezers when trying to place. Also did not notice any effect from using them would not purchase again.

I’m using the acu ear seeds on my clients, as a holistic therapist I would always choose the holistic natural approach, I am getting great results, seeing clients pain reducing quite quickly is amazing, this is going to be a great treatment, I use them myself as well … great product thank you

My journey to find a quick fix to my problems and issues started with this company. I wish I stopped prior to purchasing from them and I wish I had learnt from my experience. Beautiful packaging. A year later, I'm even further away from my goals but I am putting the work in and I am motivated, so I'll face things the good old fashioned way - with lots and lots of work! Maybe they'll help you...

Very fiddly wasted some seeds due to this

Been using ear seeds regularly for last year or so and find them to be very helpful. I wondered if it was a bit of a health fad but in reality wearing them has become an important part of my weekly self-care. East Healing have great customer care and products arrive quickly and beautifully packaged

I had a really bad situation that caused me so much anxiety I thought the seeds would work and they never even touched the problem .

Wasn’t sure about these but they seem to really work not so stressed and more calmer so easy to put on I have ordered my second long

We love the concept however both my daughter and I have had different reactions to the different products. I had an allergic reaction to the magnets and my daughter unfortunately found the ear seeds caused pressure sores after 3 days.

I had since seen there is nickel free options and I ordered them as they really did love the concept. We will see how we get on.

First impressions - this have purchased the ring and seeds and I find the packaging looks really good and I was hopeful until it comes to reading the instructions the font is so small and hard to read! The seeds are very small and I’m struggling to place them correctly and the ring is just ridiculous it’s super tight and stopping circulation in the finger your supposed to wear it on and it just feels painful like wire wool overall not happy

Hi the acu seeds seem to be making a difference, I do feel much calmer, I applied mine for anxiety, will be applying my 2nd set of seeds , fingers crossed

Really difficult to apply. Thrown several away that have folded over. Managed to get some on eventually but didn’t notice any difference after 5 days of massaging them

Four stars for contact by seller, presentation of item on arrival and packaging. So far, I haven’t noticed any difference so nothing to say they work. I’m still using them.
