Efficient, easy to complete and then almost instant access to a downloadable report of my adult life's history of addresses and credit. This searched the 3 main credit check agencies all in one too! Free week was enough to get a report for my mortgage advisor. And if I need to access the report again in the future, it'll only cost £15.

Simple and not intrusive
Very simple process and no invasive questions. The report explained everything I needed in an easy to read format, I'd recommend this company above other credit file agencies, such h as credit karma etc. A good experience was had with these guys!

Outstanding on notice of correction
Outstanding experience, my thanks to the team.
Everyone I spoke to was responsive and happy to help with an incorrect credit entry on my file. Specifically they expedited notice of corrections to credit agencies, as well as probing the hopeless utilities company in question (who were causing me huge issues with a mortgage application).
The wider offering / platform is incredibly useful and intuitive. I'd recommend to anyone who wants to learn more about their score or get somewhere with an incompetent supplier

Managed to tell me what I needed to know. However, the 7 days is way less time than the other credit agencies but upside was I got to see all 3 here in one go rather than set up an account for the 3 agencies

It was a really easy website to navigate and use.
