Absolutely horrible customer service!! It was my first time purchasing from the website. Yes, it was my fault for not reading the FINAL SALE on the very bottom but I simply did not see it when I ordered. Mistakes can be made. This business was founded in 2014 and I hope they change their ways with policies. I contacted the company within minutes of placing my order to tell them of my mistake. So now I have 6 shirts and only needed one. Hopefully one of them fits. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

I bought one of their sweaters (the embroidered floral sleeve in Heather Denim) and it's such HORRIBLE quality. I washed it as suggested and it looks like I've owned it for 5 years and wore it every day! Covered in pills and just a mess. I can even see pilling in the photo on the model. Ugh. I paid over 100$ for it. I guess I will not be buying anything with acrylic as the first fabric listed again. Waste of money. Why do companies make all their clothes out of PLASTIC??

I order wonderful, excellent quality women's clothing from Charlie B regularly! Great designs, well-made and flawless delivery! I have done easy returns as well. I highly recommend Charlie B!
