I must say I am extremely disappointed with the resolution being offered.
The items I received were not the correct size as ordered. As the error was not mine, I do not believe it is reasonable to expect me to pay an additional $44.99 CAD to receive the products that should have been supplied correctly in the first place. Referring to this charge as a shipping fee does not change the fact that I am being asked to spend more money to correct an error made by your company.
The alternative options are equally disappointing. A 35% store credit does not adequately resolve the issue, and returning the items internationally at my own expense is not a practical solution.
As a customer, I expected the company to stand behind its products and correct order fulfillment mistakes without additional cost to the customer. Unfortunately, your proposed resolutions fall well short of that expectation.
At this point, I have lost confidence in your company and will not be making any future purchases.
