Reece organised a viewing and showed us around a property. He was proactive in finding a time which worked for us, even offering to do the viewing later in the evening after his normal working hours. He was on time for the viewing and was able to answer all our questions about the property.

I first rang Chancellors after carrying out an internet search of estate agents in the vicinity of my house. They were not the first I contacted, however I appreciated the help and explanations given to me by Colin (Jones) about the sale process for my house and due to this decided to appoint Chancellors as my sole agent.
I subsequently received clear instructions and support on how to proceed, forms to complete etc.
It is worth noting that the sale of my house depended on a tenant leaving the property and thus there were some initial delays to the process, however Chancellors always proceeded with the utmost patience and professionalism and within days of the tenant leaving I received a number of offers and subsequently accepted one of these and within a month of this offer I was able to exchange contracts and complete the sale.
I am very happy that I chose Chancellors to manage the sale of my house and do not believe any other estate agent could have completed the sale as quickly as they did.
