Very poor experience with Lifetime Legal -might not use Chancellors next time if they still use LL.
Matt, Belle and Wai who ran the Kidlington office were very helpful - a plus for Chancellors
The separate Bracknell office support really made a difference in the final stages to help push the sale over the line by co-ordinating with buyers/sellers solicitors,
House was put on at too high a price, and had to be substantially reduced to get a sale.
Some pluses and negatives but overall a successful sale achieved in a realistic tomescale.

I met Samantha, she was very welcoming even when I was late😅
She was very engaging and was constantly checking if I had further questions. I felt at home.
