I am a landlord of a property in Amersham. Leisa Copper and Kai Nelson have been exceptional I must say in the service. In the past, I have many bad experiences with letting. For anything and everything, I had to chase 5 times to get things done. But what a blessing it has been to have Leisa and Kai, both have been so proactive and even suggest things that I forgot or neglect. Truly exceptional customer service!!

Having had a great many issues with poor service from Chancellors previously. as soon as Nathan Armstrong arrived at the Amersham branch I felt I was getting a much better service. He proved a breath of fresh air, his knowledge of the market and attention to detail was reassuring and inspired greater confidence. He kept us informed throughout the letting process, something that had been very sadly lacking before his arrival. I have also been informed by our tenants that he was most accommodating.
