Acest tren este o mizerie! Toaletele înfundate, fără apă, foarte mulți oameni fără bilet care se calcă în picioare! Gunoaie lăsate pe scaune!

Misogynistic pigs. If you're a female, avoid the male conductors, avoid CFR altogheter. Never had problems with women conductors. One time. ONE TIME (I always buy tickets and I take the train often cs of my work) I didn't have time to buy ticket from the station office, had to buy it directly from the conductor. Instead of professionalism he got smug cause I was a young woman, alone. Kept joking nonchalantly to prolong the Humiliation ritual when he could have just given me the ticket like he did to the other people in the train. Don't smile don't show emotion cs that's a green light for those scrawny old corpses to think they have a chance with you. Also don't get intimidated like I did. I left the train in tears. Pathetic companies hire even more pathetic men. Disgusting

Bună ziua, astăzi pe data de 1 Mai 2025 m am dus în Brașov cu familia. Am întâmpinat o problemă destul de gravă în tren din cauza personalului de la casa de bilete. Noi am spus dânsei că vrem bilete Făgăraș Brașov dus întors și cel de întors să fie la 20:36. Doamna incultă fiind, ne a marcat biletele la ora 19:37 iar noi când ne am urcat în tren să ne întoarcem acasă, domnul controlor ne a spus că am greșit trenul. Mi s au luat bani deși biletele erau plătite din cauza unei femei care habar n are să își facă treaba. Îmi vreau banii înapoi și vreau să fac o reclamație din cauza acestei erori imense din care eu am avut de suferit financiar. Eu cu un membru din familie suntem încă elevi avem carnetele vizate și totuși domnul controlor a vrut să ne ia banii nu mi se pare normal și corect ținând cont că noi avem carnetele de elev.

I don’t know what to begin with. The most horrible mode of transportation ever seen. Everything is dirty, from the chairs, windows, bathrooms to the train personnel. Aside from all this, add 2-3 dirty monkeys that drink and smoke inside and no legal measure is taken by the personnel.
Please never use them if you have an alternative. It’s hideous.

O stea este prea mult pentru calitatea serviciilor oferite pe ruta Constanța-Iasi(IR 1862).Am crezut ca se transporta animale.Platim prețul unui bilet pt a călători decent.Pasageri în picioare,fără bilete pt ca din gări nu li se eliberează bilete fără loc și ei urcă și se înțeleg cu nasul care este “înțelegător”.De ce nu se pun mai multe vagoane?Pt a sta și noi cei ce plătim bilete să suferim ca suntem călcați în picioare de cei fără bilete?
Pasagerii aruncă bagaje în ceia ce ar trebui să fie toaleta dar e ceva rău de tot și mai bine faci pe tine decât s-o folosești.
Rușine pt banii pe care îi percepeți pt un bilet!!!!
Oare nu asta este cauza pentru care ați pierdut clienți ?
I-am spus copilului,care a văzut ce înseamnă un tren în alte țări,ca acesta este o “antichitate”și așa ceva nu o să mai vada decât în partea asta a lumii,mai ales spre Moldova.
Nasul este ft înțelegător….calatorii consuma băuturi alcoolice și el nu are nimic de obiectat.

Pt a cere 109 lei trebuie oferi ceva….reapect fata de călători!!!

Low quality trains and the bathrooms are an outbreak of infection!!! I could not use them, you can not flush, its disgusting. I can’t explain the horror I ve beem through for 4 hours in the train and also expensive tickets for that kind of execrable service.

Issues with CFR Calatori:
- Trains seem to be late more often than on time, anything from 10 minutes to 2 hours.
- Some 2nd class carriages are better than first, depending on their age
- App information is not always accurate
- When you get on the train, it have very steep steps up. Good luck if you have a stroller, luggage, are elderly or disabled.
- Toilets are often out of order
- Toilets often do not have toilet paper, those that do are usually out next to the sink and half wet
- When you go in the toilet on some trains, you can see the train tracks below
- As mentioned, their trains are regularly late but you can't jump on another one within a 2 hour window like in some countries
- The trains are very slow, cars usually drive faster
- The trains are usually old and dirty
- The carriages are always numbered strangely. A 6 carriage train can be numbered 1, 2, 15, 217, 411, 412. They are nit always numbered highest to lowest or lowest to highest either, sometimes just random and it causes a lot of unnecessary confusion.
- Train/Carriage info isn't available on screens on the train, it is on a4 printer paper, which can be hard to read, particualrly at night.
- No train info screens inside the train saying things like the next stop
- Bins on the train barely fit a small water bottle
- Often no sockets or WiFi on the trains
- One time i did have a socket and it fried the plug
- Usually no announcements on the train when you're coming to a stop. No screens, no announcements, I can't rely on what time they are supposed to arrive because they are always late. I have to use GPS on my phone to tell when I'm near the stop.
- There are often dangerous gaps between the train and the platforms

But just to reiterate, the biggest problem is how often they are extremely late, they are so unreliable when you need to get somewhere at a certain time.

I couldn't buy a ticket from their website cause their sh*t service wasn't working as usual. When I bought the ticket on train from the staff the price was almost double than the one listed on website.

Expensive tickets at low standards.
And not the price of a ticket is the problem.. the delays are a serious problem.. CFR is back in time.. we complain about the same situations for years and nothing changes.

0 Stars for CFR on there's dirty train cars for transport passengers... On train from: Suceava to: Buharest North I saw lots of bugs, cockroach...🪳 and very dirty everywhere, seats, floor, toilet... I hope CFR will read this and will clean and take care of this problems... Thank you.

Vagonul și confortul de la clasa 1 este într-o stare jalnică. Miros urât, mizerie multă. Tapițeria este cârpită, lipicioasă, plină de pete. Nu recomand CFR!

Groaznic! Când băgați noile trenuri?
Mai băgați și voi mai multe trenuri in judetul Hunedoara. Și mai curatati-le!

Quanto di più schifoso si può trovare a livello di trasporto su rotaia. Siamo abituati a ridere dei video postati in rete dei viaggiatori in India ma qui siamo ben oltre. Treno vecchio obsoleto usurato e lercio. Sconsiglio vivamente l'utilizzo a salvaguardia della salute

Mi se pare anormal ca in 2024 sa nu ai caldura in tren fiind afara 0 grade . Trenul Bârlad Iași nici ușile de vagon nu se închid și trenul face și 3 ore . Efectiv congelezi . Nesimțire maximă
