I have edited my review after awarding Ceiling tiles UK a single star because the product had not arrived when I received the Trust Pilot link asking me to review. Lisa rang me the next day to explain the product was not due for delivery yet. (so why ask for a review) This process is automated regardless of order status. ( be a good idea to send it out on proof of delivery.)
However, Lisa was extremely helpful and emailed me with an updated delivery date, and the goods arrived as requested. Lisa phoned in advance of the delivery to make sure I was around to receive the goods. I can't fault the service I received. Thank you Lisa
