The Cast Iron Bath Company is a leading supplier of bathroom fixtures and fittings with specific focus on providing products in a large range of finishes and colours. Brassware is available in Chrome, Polished Nickel, Brushed Nickel, Polished Brass, Brushed Brass and Matt Black; Baths can be painted in any colour of choice; and Concrete Basins are available in a large range of popular colours.

Our Mission
Our purpose is simple - we want to enable our customers to create the bathroom of their dreams in a time-frame that matches their needs.
We maintain a high-availability approach to stock levels in our own product lines. Our own brand taps, showers and concrete basins are available for next day dispatch and baths are often available within 3 days unless custom painting is required, in this case then our lead times are 7 to 10 days. Truly Excellent Service
We've bought a number of the products over the years from The Cast Iron Bath Company and in 99.99% of cases, the products have been brilliant. What really stands out for me though is the way the company recently dealt with an issue where we had a problem with a shower head. The follow up service was excellent, especially Harriet; quick, efficient, understanding and they rectified the matter straight away. For me, the mark of a really great company to deal with is how they deal with issues when they arise; the Cast Iron Bath Company were truly excellent!!

I thought the toilet seat was overpriced, but I couldn’t find the exact to match the toilet we bought from you. It said it was soft close but when it arrived, it wasn’t. On the plus side, easy to fit

Great service and a quality product
Ordered a set of Linton lever taps in chrome. They arrived within a couple of days and although not fitted yet, they are stunning. Very excited with the quality and look and can’t wait to have them installed.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, despite me changing my order a couple of times. Every member of staff I spoke to could not have been more helpful, I always got through to a real person at the end of the phone. They dealt with all enquiries / changes / returns / bespoke orders with a smile and a super positive attitude. And the taps are beautiful! Could not recommend the Cast Iron Bath Company highly enough!

Excellent company with great products and customer experience
We have purchased numerous items from this company, and every experience has been fantastic. All the staff I dealt with by phone or email were incredibly helpful. The only problem arose with the information available on the radiator conversation to dual fuel. It was very confusing and I still don’t know if I can go ahead and buy. Everything else went swimmingly!
