Nice product but difficult to build
Great speedy delivery & nice product. However, the amount of actual assembly of the shower door needed before we could even begin installation was not advertised or expected. The instructions were not clear & were very confusing. Diagrams were too small to really see which part went where and they seemed to have been translated from another language as sometimes they didn't make sense.

Very poor experience with returns and customer service.
We purchased a vanity unit which turned out not to be suitable. The item was returned unopened, with the original packaging reinforced, and sent back via UPS at our expense.
Upon receipt, the company claimed the item was damaged and had been opened, which we strongly dispute. They have refused to provide evidence of the alleged damage while also refusing a refund and offering to return the item at our cost.
We have asked for photos or documentation to understand the condition of the item, but this has not been provided.
The matter is now in dispute.
Update: In follow up correspondence, the tone has been unnecessarily aggressive, including references to legal action if we pursue a chargeback.

We’re sorry to read your updated review, however we must clarify the circumstances of this case.
The item was returned to us in a condition that differed from how it was dispatched and delivered, including damage to both the packaging and the product itself. As part of our standard process, all returns are inspected upon arrival, and in this instance the item was unfortunately no longer in a resaleable condition.
Prior to return, we also offered a collection service to ensure safe transit. This option was declined, and the return was arranged independently. Where a customer arranges their own courier, responsibility for ensuring the goods are adequately packaged and returned safely remains with the sender.
We would also like to clarify that at no point have we intended to threaten or cause concern. We simply outlined that, should a chargeback be raised, we would respond with the relevant evidence available, which is standard practice for any business.
We remain happy to return the item back to you or assist further where possible.
