I thought I would splurge on suitcase…
I thought I would splurge on suitcase from Ted Baker. They had a 5 year warranty which also assured me however I only noticed after the first use that there was a crack at the bottom. I asked them to replace it but they told me that they would only send it to a repair service and I would have to foot the bill. Why they wouldn't raise it with Ted Baker is ridiculous. Not on the customer's side at all.

As per our conversation via Live Chat, the item was damaged via the airline and to therefore file a claim against the airline.
However, if you wish for the item to be assessed then we can pick up the item and take it to Ted Baker’s UK repair center which is a company called Pelham Leather Goods.
We also mention in the chat to please read Ted Baker’s warranty as airline damage is not covered and that any costs that are occurred for the repair, we at Case Luggage are not liable for.
I am sorry we are unable to help any further. We are happy to help with your insurance claim if you require anything from us.

Ridiculous site , i’ve placed an order for 3 luggages since I’m travelling , i paid the full amount of money plus extra fee for next day delivery , the company put my money on hold and never processed my purchase , i tried to reach them for 3 days , no answer , after 4 days they contacted me by email saying that they will process my purchase and send the order the next day , it’s been 2 days and im still waiting with no answer from them . This is not ok . Where is my money or my order ?

Super speedy delivery for my amazing products!
Ordered a suitcase and vanity case with Free 3-5 working day delivery and the products were delivered separately, one within 24 hours of purchase and the other within 48 hours!!! Both were packaged well and I’m over the moon with both products.

Good Products Good Service
I am really pleased with the the case I purchased. Good customer service when I contacted the Customer Service Dept, I received very quick responses to my questions.
Delivery was quicker than expected (3-5 days quoted but received in 2) although the driver tracking was not quite in sync as I received messages saying the driver would be with me between 1-2pm yet he arrived nearly 5 hours later so I had to wait in all day.

Best pricing on the Ted Baker case the wife wanted for an upcoming trip. Ordering was quick and easy, and delivery sooner than expected. Nice follow up email to make sure everything was OK, which I thought was a nice touch.
