I am missing an item in my order
I am missing an item in my order, I have emailed and phoned and have not been contacted.
The other case I did receive in my order came locked, I have not received a copy of code so I am unable to open it.

Please note that our customer service department is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. You contacted us on Saturday at 3:14 PM and again on Sunday at 1:35 PM. I replied to your message on Monday at 9:08 AM, informing you that the suitcase code is set to the default "000." I also suggested checking inside the suitcase for the missing item, and if it’s not there, I will follow up on the matter.

Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong case and they sent me the correct one without question and collected the case ordered by mistake. Delivery was super quick and the guy I spoke to was very helpful. Definitely be my go to for cases.

A Masterclass in Customer Service
Was in the market for a new Tumi holdall, and saw that Case had the exact model I was after. A call through their team confirmed they had stock (on that, Simiran, who I spoke with, was professional and courteous) and could despatch same day. Sure enough the bag arrived the very next day. Superb service. Highly recommended!

Purchased the Samsonite 55cm easy access 4 wheel spinner expandable stackable bag almost 2 years ago. First time I’ve ever experienced this product to fail so quickly. The damage was to the actual case shell beside one of the wheels. Totally unfit for purpose now.
It’s not repairable so CASE LUGGAGE have refused to replace my bag under my guarantee saying they can’t do anymore to help and thank me for my understanding!
Really bad customer service, they simply don’t care once they have your money.
Pointless saying about a guarantee when purchasing as this is a meaningless gesture only ; that they have no intention of fulfilling when actually needed.
Currently going through Samsonite UK to resolve this. They have been really helpful resolving this as it’s still under guarantee!
Lesson learnt : purchasing from a supposedly reputable website just to save a few pounds is too risky and not worth the stress if you ever need assistance.

You sent your item to Samsonite's repair partner, K2 Global, who informed you that the issue was not a manufacturing defect and, therefore, they could not repair it. I explained that, based on K2 Global’s assessment, I am unable to provide a replacement. I suggested reaching out to Samsonite directly, as they might offer additional support or alternative solutions for your situation. I apologised for the inconvenience but clarified that I couldn’t assist further.
You subsequently informed me that you would advise your colleagues against purchasing from us. In response, I reiterated our inability to replace the item and apologised once again for the situation.
This is what happens when you do not order directly from the manufacturer, such as Samsonite. At CASE, we send items to a licensed Samsonite repair company, which can sometimes limit our ability to resolve issues directly.
I understand that you needed to vent your frustration online. While we strive to handle all situations with care, sometimes the best resolution comes from seeking additional support from the manufacturer. I hope your experience with Samsonite UK proves more satisfactory.
