Caseface 

I’m very disappointed with my experience ordering from Caseface.ie.

I ordered a phone case and a screen protector with standard delivery, which was advertised as arriving within 3 – 5 working days. However, it took over 8 working days for the package to arrive. When it finally did, the phone case was missing entirely, and the only item delivered - the screen protector - was snapped in half and unusable.

To make matters worse, there is no phone number available to contact customer service, so there’s no straightforward way to resolve the issue or speak to someone directly. This has been extremely frustrating.

Overall, very poor delivery time, incomplete order, damaged product, and no easy way to get support. I expected much better. If I could give 0 starts, I would.

Didn't receive phone cover & when contacted got no response .

Having purchased a screen and phone cover from case face last year, the phone cover arrived perfect but the screen cover was cracked. On trying to contact them I received a generic Email saying they had a high volume of queries and they have NO PHONE CONTACT NUMBER. Despite contacting them again, I did not receive any further contact from them. I have stupidly ordered a phone cover from them again which never arrived. On querying this by Email I have again been sent the generic Email response of them having a high level of queries and they referred my to the FAQ section which does not resolve the situation. I have sent them a reply email to which I expect no response. Again, THEY HAVE NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBER.

Didn’t even receive it

was worried I got scammed and wouldnt get my product but it did get delivered after ~10 days approx. The printing sucks, it doesnt look as good as the one on the website, dont buy it

I asked several times for a delivery date with no replies. Eventually I gave up and cancelled.
The item arrived next day with no return option

Ordered 2 cases , never received them and no response from trying to contact them . Had to claim back money from bank , DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

Waiting a week for a phone cover, still hasn't arrived even though I got an email saying it was dispatched on the 5th. No tracking info either.

Sent wrong Samsung Tablet cover . Totally ignored all contact I made to them through Ebay . Even sent photos to show Tablet was inoperable using their cover. Extremely rude !
I was a previous customer several weeks before with no issues but this is how Pixfab treated me .
Full refund not received ....postage deducted against Ebays promise .....
Think twice before buying from them ....

Did not deliver the phone case and won’t respond. It’s been over a month and nothing. Most of the reviews say the same thing. I would avoid - there are plenty of places you can go to order a phone case that actually arrives.

I ordered a phone case at the end of November. Its now January and I still haven't received it. I have contacted customer care 4 times and haven't received a single response. Do not use this company, they simply just take your money.

Ordered a case and screen protector 2 weeks ago from this apparent "Irish" company. I live in Ireland so expected delivery to be 2 to 3 days later. We're a small island!!!! However, as of today my order had yet to arrive. I have emailed numerous times for an update. With no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Just awful!!

My case arrived scratched all over. It is not a new product. I have been trying to contact the company by email (no phone number available) for two weeks to get a refund or replacement - no response. No return label and no invoice was enclosed in the parcel. I do not recommend the company for any business.

Ordered a phone case and screen protector. Received the case but the screen protector was missing. Emailed them twice about it but never got an answer...

Like many others, ordered the case a few weeks ago, it has never came. I am unable to track it and Caseface will not reply to my emails. Avoid Caseface unless you want to be scammed.

Order never arrived, scam

I placed an order for a case and screen protector 2 weeks ago I havent received either, ive contacted them twice now and ignored both times.

Avoid at all costs. Order phone cases and power cables back in the middle of October, no sign of them tried contacting them by email no response. Only ordered because they are supposed to be an Irish company. Down money now.

Case Face sent me a totally different item than the one I ordered. The case delivered was of very poor quality and definitely not worth the cost I paid. I have asked for a refund, and they have not respond to my emails. I have pointed out my rights to a refund under consumer rights regulations and I am still left waiting for a response.

Please do not buy from this site - they are eating your money.
