This is the WORST company ever....I Def think they are scammers!! I ordered a pair of trainers which took forever to get here. When they did actually get here they had sent me the wrong size. I emailed them a few times and was ignored, but I tried again and this time I had a reply asking me to send them a picture and video of the said item so I did. I then got an email telling me that I had to bare with them while they did an investigation. I replied asking what needed to be investigated as it was clear from my order and what I received was incorrect. They never answered me. I've since sent them another email on the 20th December telling them how angry Iam and that I will be putting a bad review on their site if somebody didn't come back to me with some answers as to what they were going to do to sort it and I have still not heard a thing back from them and I still have a pair of trainers to small which clearly shows they don't give a dam, once they've got your money that's it your screwed. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY....THEY ARE BEYOND HORRIFIC!! I FEEL LIKE IVE BEEN SCAMMED!!

This is my favorite shop where I can buy 100% cotton clothes for my baby. The quality is really good and after washing it still looks good. The size of the clothes has got a little difference. I take my baby clothes twice bigger than it is written on the label.

I placed an order that I never even received.
I kept getting automated emails saying that my order was delayed but still on the way. About a month after my order was placed I checked tracking and found it had been returned to Carters 2 weeks ago and they only send automated emails saying it’s on the way, when it’s not.
I tried to speak to a manager but was told that Carter’s doesn’t have supervisors or managers by a lady who could barely speak English.
After this experience I cancelled my order, and I will never shop here again.
Do yourself a favor and buy from a company that provides good service and customer service, preferably an American company.

Deceitful, Misleading Scammers. These are just a few words that come to mind. I ordered a pair of shoes on their face book platform which on the face of it looked OK, Carters Manchester shoes with a union jack flag, items shipped within 24 - 48 hrs. Everything on the add shouted locally made British shoes. I ordered my shoes and got a confirmation from them straight away saying they would e-mail me when shipped, everything fine. The days went by and nothing so I e-mailed them to enquire if my shoes had been shipped as promised and waited, nothing so I began to smell a big fat rat. e-mailed them again to ask what was the country of origin and got a reply a few days later saying there would be a delay until the end of December before my order could be shipped because of the massive demand for their shoes, no mention of my question about country of origin. So this meant they did not have the goods to sell so promptly asked for a refund and asked them were they scammers as I had read their reviews on Trustpilot. They replied a couple of days later and said they were not a fraudulent company at all as they had passed all the validation checks ?? and i could not cancel an order which had been shipped. I promptly wrote back saying I was asking for a refund because firstly by their own admission they could not ship the order because they didn't have the items to sell. Furthermore I would be asking my bank to obtain that refund as I had paid with my credit card, this I have already done which is in hand. I also commented was my goods on a slow boat from China. A few days later I received an e-mail saying that my shoes had indeed been shipped and a tracking number. I clicked on the tracking and low and behold it took me to China post and the tracking number was wait for it unknown. I received another tracking number from another China carrier but that also was again unknown. So in actual fact these were tricking numbers but they are not tricking anyone. Looking at the reviews there have been complaints to Facebook and after all they are hosting their add despite many complaints of this scam. I would like to ask Facebook just why is this, why are you still advertising a known scam.

I ordered shoes well in advance of Christmas _ which took 3-4 weeks to be delivered and when they arrived they were the wrong size. I immediately contacted them but still have not had a reply to advise if the correct size can be supplied and how I return. Still waiting for a reply. Very disappointing. I ordered 2 hoodies for my daughter to give to her for Christmas and they refunded my order without telling me they were going to!! My daughter was sick last week so I was home taking care of her last week and I had her this week so I was not able to go pick them up. I was planning on going to pick them up this weekend when she went to her dads. Giving me a call to follow up with me before refunding would have been good customer service! Walmart has better customer service in this regard!!

It took everything out of me not to put everything back that I was purchasing on today. If we were not so close to Halloween and I didn't already know that the costume that I was looking for would not be easily found, I would have had no issue with walking out (which I'm still contemplating on whether or not I should return these items) but the service that I just received was unacceptable. I walked in, and aside from the obvious the alarm or buzzer lets you know that someone has entered the store. I was able to come all the way in the store from the front to the back with a worker RIGHT in the front, who purposely looked to the side instead of greeting me. There was one on the register who also did not care to say "hello welcome to Carter's." I walked around a bit contemplating my thoughts and feelings. Were they rude or were they
simply too busy? It wasn't until another woman came in and then another there after her who didn't look like me, and they were greeted from both parties. One was still on the register and the other in the store made it her business to turn around and let her know about sales and promotions. Once it was my turn to check out, I was not met with her "hi did you find everything okay" are you ready to check out?" Instead the associate looked down and said I can help who's next... as if I weren't standing right in front of her. As a person who's done customer service for 21 years I don't know what type of service that is. Part of customer service is servicing the customer whether you're providing a sale or simply acknowledging them. Maybe it's just this location but I have experienced this more than once at this location is this the normal? Is this the culture? Is this acceptable to you? I don't know but it's not to me. Jessica asked me for assistance and then easily stepped in as my personal shopper. She also stood by while my daughters facetime to ensure what she/we selected was just "perfect!"
