Never buy these products off of facebook. There is a laptop that was original $100 and I ordered it because the site seemed completely legit and people seem to order off of it quite a bit. But the person deleted their facebook account shortly after I purchased. It showed up again, the same laptop, at a higher price and a different person selling it. Going to the bank tomorrow to handle it and will never go through it again. If I could, I’d give it no stars.

Total scam keep clear,ordered a pair of Manchester shoes 6 months ago have sent emails had one reply saying that they were being dispatched load of tosh.Still waiting scrub the one star mistake on my part.

I purchased some stuff online. One of my items didn’t come, so I reached out to Carter’s to see if I can get a replacement. They told me the item was in stock and that will go ahead and replace it for me. A day later I got an email saying the item is out of stock and got a 20% for next time to use. I tried using the coupon and literally everything is excluded from it. So I wasn’t able to use it on anything. Very frustrating. What’s the point of sending the coupon if the customer cannot use it.

A scam, these people also traded as Carol & Wilson, it’s fake. They are also on eBay and Pinterest. These sandals are everywhere but it’s a sham. There are no shoes. You also won’t get your money back.

Total scam. Ordered shoes in February but never delivered, they have not replied to e mails asking for information.

Ordered 2 pairs size 13 shoes on 14/11/21 from Carters online site on Facebook. Money was taken from my account the next day! Was told delivery could be upto 3 weeks. Despite many e-mails the only mail I had off them was to say shipping was running late! To this day I’m £63 down & just going round in circles.

I wrote on here before about this shop and it's other variations of this name, it is a scam (as you already know) and your bank should help you out with a refund like mine did. I've written to Shopify many times about this shop and can confirm they are under investigation. Thousands of similar stories this year alone, why they continue to "trade" is a mystery but there they are. Don't buy from there !

This company must be stopped from trading immediately!
I ordered a pair of size 12 shoes, and a pair of size 5s in error when I miss-understood an email.
I am still waiting for my shoes or a full refund neither look likely to happen.
If only I’d taken the time to check this hideous company out before buying I wouldn’t have wasted my time and approx. £55!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.TOTAL SCAM.TAKE YOUR NO MONEY AND NO PRODUCT EVER ARRIVES.CAN'T CONTACT BY PHONE.CAN'T CONTACT BY EMAIL. SCUM SCAMMERS. EVEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHALLENGE MY MONEY BACK FROM MASTERCARD.

I was totally amazed at the condition the shoes came in not as advertised. Ever since then been trying to get them picked up and get refund . Still waiting don’t waste your time very poor customer service.
Would not recommend to anyone.

Feb 26th ordered shoes. Confirmation email.
Nothing until i sent email in April asking for an update. Received email stating they had been delivered. Emailed asking for PoD, nothing since. Scammers and shisters. DO NOT USE.

I wish I didn’t even have to give it 1 star. Their e-commerce/web team screwed up on discounts on their website and they cancelled my order due to their teams mistake. It took me over a half hour to place that damn order and then they go and cancel. They are a joke of a company and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Horrible customer service as well. Stay away!

Feb/March sent away for one pair of (manchester orthaepedic shoes) they sent me size 5.5 when i wanted size 12! they asked me to send them a photo of the 5.5 shoes before i return them,have text them many times( are u still trading?) but no reply,have kept the small ones as my friend Diane would like to try them on! will need to inform my bank,hope they can get my money back?.

Ordered shoes on the 16th December 2021 have sent a lot of emails but they have stopped replying but I am still waiting for my shoes nearly 4 months later.
Dont buy from these people a scam.

Total scam and scum. Ordered shoes at the beginning of January and still haven't arrived? They claimed they were waiting for delivery? Eventually stopped responding to emails. Utter cheats and I will be speaking to trading standards. I have already asked FB why they allow fraudulent ads on Facebook and since then I haven't seen their ad so maybe FB have banned them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SCUM.

Always easy ordering online,placing order online and pick up at store and having delivered to home. Quick delivery! Always have the cutest clothes for baby and toddlers!

These people are scammers do not buy you will not get your item or your money back. No response at all I will be paying them a visit and it will not be a nice one

I ordered 1 pair of ladies black boots size 6
1 pair of mens brown shoes size 8
1 pair of mens black shoes size 11

I have sent numerous emails to say that I did not receive the mens black shoes size 11 and my emails have been ignored.

Tracking says they have been delivered of which has not been the case.
I have been polite in each of my correspondence.

The latest due estimated date for delivery was 20th March
