Total scammers, shoes arrived from China wrapped in bubble wrap. Can't describe how poor the quality of them is, wouldn't pay a £1 for them never mind £29.99. Totally unwearable and far too small. My husband has contacted the company about 10 times and has had two responses advising that someone will look into the problem but they never do
He has sent another email today but I don't hold out much hope of a resolution. Do not buy from these people, wish we had checked trust pilot before ordering. Also no order number/invoice or order tracking is given

Got the shoes today, wrapped in bubble wrap, no receipt. Wondering how on earth they could think up descriptions as to how they change your walking, spinal life with a pair of poorly made rubbish shoes like these.
They are very flimsy and I will wear them to see how many days they last - not very many, I think
Never buy anything advertised on Facebook....I will never again do so.

I inadvertantly ordered two pairs by mistake sent five emails to change the order. Guess what nothing happened. I received two pairs have contacted the company regarding returns nothing. I am left with a pair of shoes I don't want or need. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

This is a scam. DO NOT BE CAUGHT OUT BY THE SO CALLED SPECIAL OFFER. I received an email to say that the shoes I had paid for had been delivered. This is nonsense and I have asked my CC company to try to recover the money....SCAM ALERT

Wish I had checked with Trustpilot before I placed my order. Still waiting delivery 4 weeks later and it looks like the quality won't fit the description if they ever turn up. I tried to cancel within an hour of ordering and received an email to tell me it would depend on despatch status...!!!
Looks like it's a case for the credit card company who hopefully will put a block on future transactions.

I can't remember where I first saw their advert. Lured by their advert to invest £33+ for a pair of trainers.
I am going to complain to my local Trading Standards Office.

Ordered 3rd Dec 2021 and paid of course. Not arrived despite several emails telling me they are on the way. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.

Apart from the long wait for the shoes to be delivered the quality is dreadful, paper-thin.

According to Carter tracking my item was delivered today, it wasn't. I've been in all day and no package has been delivered. Tried to phone many time but only get a very poor answering message stating no one is available. Have tried ringing them several times before to check when my item would be delivered and always got the same message. Probably been ripped off. Don't buy from them

Wrong size of shoes delivered.
Initial contacts by email have stopped, however, issue of paying for wrong shoes delivered NOT resolved.
No no communication from them.
Complete lack of customer care !!

shoes purchased took 5 weeks coming from china, total rubbish, tried to get money back after a month gave up this is what they want you to do, CON all the way, just do not bother, the fraud squad should look at this firm.

This is a fake UK company set up under es.shopify.com
In other words you too can have a successful looking business on line & Facebook.
The shoes took forever to arrive & when they did, well forget anything in the advert, as 'shoes' is not a description I'd use for these flimsy, cheap plastic rubbish.
Luckily, I paid for them via Credit Card & have had my bank recover it from an European (French) bank, but they no doubt use others.
Basically, they are not worth putting in a charity bag, they are so poor.
Avoid like the plague!

I ordered a pair of Manchester Shoes which took weeks to arrive. They are made of poor quality materials so I wanted to return them for a refund. Their response to my first email was to ask for a video or photo of the shoes showing the size number which I sent them. Following this they said that they would review my case - this is not necessary for online purchases. Following that they will not respond to my emails and their phone number says that their support line is not available.
The purpose of this report is to give a 'DO NOT BUY' warning. They may provide some very cheaply made shoes for your money, but they do not appear to want to give their customers return/refund rights specified in UK law.

They are scammers period.don’t buy from them.

Ordered a size 7 a month later got a size 8,know one replies to emails,no where to send a returns. Really bad quality, they are cheap rubbish😐

If only I had read Trustpilot reviews before purchasing two pair of Manchester shoes. The shoes took over 6 weeks to deliver and came bubble wrapped from Hong Kong. They are absolute rubbish! I purchased the shoes on the strength of their newspaper advert and reading their description of how these wonderful shoes were going to change my life with all the features they listed on the website. I reckon you would pay about £5 maximum for these shoes which are flimsy, poorly made and do nothing like they advertise. I shall be reporting them to trading standards once I have shown their advertising and sample of the shoes to an expert on foot biomechanics and report his findings. Please do not purchase anything from this company. It is a total scam!
