Fantastic customer service throughout from Emma and Kate. Emma was very helpful in helping us choose our worktops when we initially visited the store. Very understanding when there were problems with our kitchen units supplier that caused a delay.
Fitters done a brilliant job, friendly and just got on with it. Will be recommending them to everyone. We love it!

So happy with the service from Cardiff stone. I’ve renovated 17 properties and unfortunately never used these before but will in the future Ask for Kate she is very patient and knows absolutely everything about the stone the materials colour choices matching up kitchen doors. She is a real credit to the company. I had a slight problem with fitting on the day and the owner drove all the way to my house to apologise and made sure everything went smoothly. Amazing service. Once our choice was made, our order placed (after some helpful experience shared by the ladies in reception). The fitting of our beautiful worktop and sink slotted in, alongside our own Gas and Plumbing lads availability. Thank you so much everyone. We are thrilled!

Such a great service and the product is brilliant. The customer service is great and they went out of their way to fit my worktops for Xmas.

Great company to deal with, we ordered our quartz worktops and they come an templated within a week. It was cut ready to install however our kitchen fitter installed the kitchen wrong so another fitter had to remove the kitchen and reinstall correctly. The worktops had to be templated again and recut on-site all of which they done free of charge and to a good standard. Would definitely recommend.
