I rang for collection on way home from work as I knew I was 15-20 minutes away and expected to wait a little but thought calling it when I get close,so I can collect on way through.
I arrived and they hadn't started it and they had no other orders as it was still early approx 1800pm .I asked if they had a deal that involves chicken goujons and a pizza etc he said I can buy one pizza and get a 2nd free which is ok if it wasn't only my self ,so I said I would just have a 12"pizza and portion chicken goujons and pay he said they don't do chicken goujons,I literally had to politely as him to repeat everything as I struggled to understand as he mumbled.
I was waiting for my pizza and I seen that they sell chicken wings , dippers, shawarma etc I couldn't believe it as I asked him multiple times I explained that I will pay I understand there no deal. He told me they don't do chicken goujons but didn't offer me dippers or wings and also I noticed deal 3 was literally pizza and a side and drink £22.99 which would of been perfect.? I was really fed up with the experience a call for a treat on the way home after a busy day just wound me up .
Then upon leaving the member of staff passed me my pizza and took a cup out from the pop chiller which was my milkshake that had literally sat there for 20 minutes I was there and no Idea how long before I arrived,the man was polite and asked if I liked to have cream and I replied yes and the 3 members of staff all started laughing and joking about the cream like a inside joke ,I felt really nervous and threw it away in the bin outside across the road,I wasn't impolite but really bad experience mate unfortunately

The food was very good I ordered at 5pm and they said it was very busy and they managed to deliver my food In 30 minutes and it was still to warm and was very tasty

First time I tried this company, through Just Eat, over an hour ago. Estimated delivery 21:30-21:45. Several phone calls with no answer. At 22:05,:finally got an answer - was told that it would be another 3-5 minutes. When I said I would reject after this, and want a refund, was Tod that was my choice - no interest at all. It’s now 22 20….

Absolutely loved my experience at Caprinos Pizza in Manchester! The pizza was genuinely one of the best I’ve had—fresh, full of flavour, and perfectly cooked. What really made it stand out though was the customer service. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. You can tell they really care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

They introduced their new pasta meals which I was excited to try.I have tried the chicken pasta and it left me very dissapointed. There was hardly any meat and sauce on it,95% of the portion was just cheap pasta for £8.99🤨. It's a scam in my opinion,I don't recommend. Wasted my money.

Best Caprinos I’ve ever been is the remodeled branch in Slough!
They never failed me! Always bringing the food piping hot and super crispy! Love it! Even more when having preggie cravings :)

Do not order from this restaurant.
They attempted to deliver my food to the wrong address then refused to redeliver or refund. I have no idea the quality of the food because they did not give me the food I paid for… but the customer service was atrocious. Both contacts I spoke to on the phone were rude and completely unhelpful despite me being totally understanding and willing to forgive their mistake.

I am a huge fan of their freshly made pizzas and dedicated customer service.
Plus the cookies are 10 on 10. Highly recommended 💕

The food is very good and so good service

Lovely staff at the Chesterfield branch. Always fresh food. Deliciously different with their wraps. Great value pizza's. Clean premises and a seating area to enjoy the goods. Yum.

Great service delivery was super quick

​If you love plain bread, this is the 10/10 spot for you. The base was amazing, but the toppings were playing hide-and-seek. Eight slices of pepperoni on a large half? I spent more time counting the paneer cubes than eating them. It’s a shame because the flavor is actually good, but I shouldn't feel like I'm eating a "diet" pizza when I order a large.
