My mum had an accident, Katie came at short notice, she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and compassionate, as something that was quite embarrassing she did not bat an eye!
Thank you so much Katie, honestly your are a complete asset to emergency clean.
I will highly recommend you to anyone that needs these services!

Spoke to Corey and an absolute pleasure to deal with

They were excellent! Very easy and straightforward communications with Corey to book in the clean, and they kept me updated in the lead up to my appointment and promptly sent over the full report etc and everything I needed - the cleaning team Karis & Kelly were super friendly and the olde was spotless 👍 would definitely recommend

Unbelievable work from the team. My mother's house was filthy and full of rubbish that she had been hoarding. The team removed everything, including appliances and carpets, and cleaned the house top to bottom. It's never going to be perfect after years of neglect, but they did a fantastic job, with hard work and devotion, whilst being upbeat and extremely positive the whole time. We can't thank you, and Jemma who was excellent in dealing with our query to the day of the job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Very efficient and responsive, and nice people to talk to. Very reasonable price.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The Dream Team attended my mums house today, to deal with hoarding, and I am blown away and so incredibly grateful for the hours of clearing and deep cleaning. They are miracle workers! Absolute angels who came
Armoured in care, compassion, empathy, kindness, and genuine team spirit. I honestly, from the bottom of my heart, cannot thank you all enough, absolutely The Dream Team ♥️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked Emergency Clean UK to do a bathroom deep clean after a macerator toilet had failed. I had tried to book contractors to come and fix the macerator but none were willing to attend due to the state of the bathroom. Emergency Clean UK were very efficient and responsive through the whole process - they booked us in quickly and when they attended, the entire clean took no longer than 1 hour and 30 mins. I am very happy with the finished product and I'm relieved I can finally book someone to come and fix the toilet. Thank you very much!!

I cannot recommend Corey and his team highly enough. So kind, compassionate, professional and extremely hard working.
They cleaned and cleared a (very cluttered and unkempt) flat for us during a very difficult time and always with the utmost respect and dignity. And to such a high standard- the flat looked good as new when they had finished.
Always very quick to respond to queries, incredibly trustworthy and understanding.
They have helped us to begin our healing process and we will be forever grateful to them.

I booked for an unattended death & hoarding clean. Really pleased with the service, really made the whole situation easier to deal with. The team were amazing, got to work straight away & powered through. They were friendly, empathetic & non-judgmental. The booking process & communications were also great. I would definitely recommend this company.

A pleasant experience which was done quickly without any embarrassment to myself. They removed almost 30 bags of rubbish and thoroughly cleaned after.

We needed water extracted from our fully soaked carpet following a leak. Communication was quick and efficient, and Marta did a great job extracting the water. She also advised us on how to care for the carpet afterwards. Highly recommended!

Huge shoutout to Matt (organiser) and Michael and Donna (cleaners/technicians)

Cleared our my late fathers property and made it liveable and loveable again, an achievement I didn’t think was possible considering the condition it was in. These guys really are magicians. From point of contact to point of service, I’ve dealt with hundreds of companies in my life and this one has got to be right up there first in class. Thank you so much.

We had an excellent service from this company. The work was done promptly, efficiently and discreetly, with Kieran working very hard in very hot weather.
All our queries were answered fully and helpfully, and their staff were very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend them.

Jemma in the office was swift to respond to all enquiries/responses. Sheridan our operative was so friendly and willing to go over the top to assist. My son had been an alcoholic, and Sheridan removed all evidence of bottles to save me from seeing the evidence.

Hired to perform a Horder clean for a family member. Very clear costs and timelines communicated in the quote, with empathetic handling of the situation both via email and by the cleaning crew on site, and they performed cleaning miracles to provide a clean slate and fresh start. Would absolutely recommend.
