Very friendly and welcoming. Very lovely ladies that work here talia did my hair and ut came out better than I imagined it couldnt fault anything about it.

I have never been is disappointed with hair before, this seller sold me awful quality hair for nearly £1000, I have never wanted to cry so bad, she marketed this as raw bundles of hair but this is a scam. I ahem contracted her to get a partial refund and there has been no response, DO NOT TRUST the sale , the website, instagram page or the seller.

I salute the owner for her business model and character because she is lovely and very smart. However I have to expose the truth about this brand “Capelli Amore”. She operates by buying extremely cheap hair in bulk from Ali express and selling it at 10 times the price to make profit.

On the website it is marketed as a list of different types of hair in all different textures. However none of that actually matters because her product is coming from one warehouse in China that sells low quality and very cheaply made hair. It is not sourced from any of the countries listed, therefore her extensive categories of hair are nothing but a very smart marketing strategy to trick the consumer into thinking they are buying a product authentic to the country’s origin. This is my fourth time making a mistake with cheaply made hair and it will definitely be the last one. Final warning: do not buy and waste your money..!

I purchased my hair back in January 2021, I never received my hair after paying over £800, the customer service was AWFUL. They ignored all my messages about when my order will be shipped, refused to give me a refund and was just rude. I have no idea how this company is not under investigation as from all the reviews I’ve seen they are literally doing fraud.

I purchased hair for my girlfriend and I’m writing this review myself as English is not her first language. I would like to warn other about the hair and the terrible , no existent customer services . Firstly the hair is NOT what you see on the Instagram models and I doubt very much that Capelliamore has even met these models personally. I believe they are just paid to have their photos used like most Instagram sellers do these days
Secondly she buys her hair from Ali express in China (bad very cheap hair). We found this out as when we got the hair they had left their flyer in the package. We were horrified as she said she gets her hair from Malaysia. She changed £120 for one bundle but when we contacted the REAL Ali express seller they said the same bundle direct from then was £32 . On top of that the hair was low quality and tangled up . Our emails were ignored for 3 weeks and when she eventually contacted us she said there was no refund after we paid over £500 for hair. Warning ⚠️ !!! Do not buy from Capelliamore.

Do not buy from this company ! She is going to send you a synthetic wig from China and not respond to your messages . Beware of this fraudulent hair guru imposter !!

Steer clear away from this company unless you want to be disappointed. They take your money within days and ignore your calls, texts and emails. The customer service if it exists is crap. Do not risk it. AVOID this company. Do not be fooled by their social media page! Order from ANYWHERE else but here! If you want to try somewhere new - AVOID them!

Never, ever in my life have I experienced money theft from a company. I am so disgusted and disappointed. I never received my product and they stopped answering my e-mails after they got hold of my payment. On top of that they are extremely unprofessional in their emails, writing "hey hun" and the likes.

What hurts the most is that I wanted to try out a new business. Judging from their "popularity" on their social media platform, I decided to go ahead and trust them.

The thing I did well is that I have a habit of never paying companies straight from my account when an item I wish too purchase involves a lot of money. I paid through a company that helped me settle the case and eventually get me all my money back since they have a customer safety guarantee. This was an ongoing process for around two months.

I give 3 stars because what salvaged the experience is the hair seems good. Not had it long so will update if that changes. The whole customer experience for me is what will make me not buy from them again, I have to say what I experienced was borderline rude, service was slow why did I get an email stating the wig is dispatched but hasn't. Not a site I'll be ordering from again whatever the discount or promotion may be! I suggest they just focus on the Instagram models, lacks people skills and good customer service. Never again!

Slow service and very poor quality hair spent 300 and it did not last me for more than 2 months very very annoyed and angry. I see all the instagram girls and im sure they provide them wit different hair compared to paying clients.
