I’ve been living out here in B.C. for 44 years now, but my roots are 100% Windsor! I was born there, my mum grew up there (west end), and it’s actually where my parents met and tied the knot. Flavour, ease of mix, price, quality. I have tried the premium whey protein vanilla and chocolate milkshake and they are both great. I mix them in milk shakes, in pancakes, in yogurt, in ice-cream shakes, and it mixes well with no undesirable textures. so smooth!
