I am so disappointed in this company!!! Today we made a booking between 12 and 2pm. The driver arrives at 13:50 and tells us he can't fill the cars because this is Ras Al Khaimah!!! Our car number plates say Dubai. Umm...for the last 3 weeks every week, your OTHER DRIVERS FILLED OUR VEHICLES - Why is it that today your driver refuses to fill the cars and tells us that this is Ras Al Khaimah and not Dubai? I know this is Ras Al Khaimah. We've been living here for a while so I know where we live!! The driver just ended up leaving and didn't fill up the cars. So useless. Such terrible service.
Terrible service
Terrible service. They will charge you in advance for emergency assistance, but their tracking system will continuously postpone the arrival time. A 20-minute emergency you paid for could end up taking an hour or longer.

The most ridiculous service ever. I personally am going to rise a complain against them. The guy couldn’t find my location even after 3 times sending live locations and 3 videos and he canceled without informing while I already paid for it. Make sure you don’t fall down the drain with this shit company and service

I am a frequent user of CAFU's service. Their service is highly reliable and the customer support team is excellent.
Broken promises
Broken promises, not sticking to the agreed-upon timeslot for a technician to show up, wasting hours of my time. What started as a good service deteriorated to an appalling range of apologies for inconvenience, but still not solving the problem. A classic example of how to ruin the customer experience.
Fees
Unfortunately you cannot select a time when a fee is being not being added. Used this service for many years. Understand the business is struggling but slugging customers is maybe not the way to go.

The technician named Immanuel (black guy) was about to damage my car. Although I stated numerous times that it is dangerous to start the car in overheated position, he kept pushing me for it. I spoke to customer service for days they did not even do a refund
Not satisfactory service & Customer service
Cafu pilot called me before my time and then expected me to answer same time. There is a possibility that some one may not answer the call in a single ring. They didn't even wait for 10 mins for the customer to call back who has waited the whole day to book the service on his designated time slot and cancel the booking and pushing me to book after two hours. On top of that their customer service is not helping and saying they cant do much and customer has to wait only. I don't recommend this service when anyone require in hurry

I’m tired of complaining with this company. They don’t stick to the time slot, fake promotions and, mainly, drivers lie! They just don’t come or get lost and say the car wasn’t park in the right location. If you are low in gas, good luck to you.

Very bad experience, after minor car service the mechanic put some cloth inside the filter and left , when I started car was not moving, customer care sent someone when I requested,his findings was problem with the gear box and nothing they can do , I refused because I know about my car , they send another person who finds out a cloth was stucked inside a filter box during their service , that was the reason car was not moving,I was about to take my car a spent so much money in garage because of CAFU mistake.
I have been suffering since 2 weeks
I have been suffering since 2 weeks. They claim technical issues etc. NO timings available, always error. Worst / Poor services since many weeks now. I have aed 700 pending in my wallet still and when i asked them to return my money, they dont and they have lots of deductions which is totally unethical. I would not recommend as lots and lots of issues off late. I am suffering a lot and even my money is stuck and they are not returning it back as well. POOR.

Very poor performance from Cafu team . Cafu didn’t respect the time slot and didn’t come on time and cancelled the trip without informing the customer. Customer service is too horrible

Trying to refuel for almost a month with no success. App is showing "something went wrong" for last month. When I reported the issue, they said just try again. This is the 2nd time they face a major operational outage and I don't recommend anyone to depend on such service

I would give zero star if possible. They come so late. 1-2 PM was window booked , driver didn't come even at 4 pm , I had to go pickup my son from school who was crying. customer service kept giving wrong information all the time.

I am a loyal customer- I literally only refuel with Cafu. So when my fuel cap went missing I assumed the pilot forgot to put it back- It requires a key, it’s hard to open and who else would/could take it? 🤷🏽♀️ I tried to WhatsApp to ask for support- no answer. I called them- they said it had been 24+ hours so they couldn’t help me (WHO checks their fuel cap within 24 hours of refilling, ever? Anyone?) I asked for a call back- nothing. I called again- they told me they’d tried calling twice without answer. I went back to check- I had no missed calls.
The fuel cap is such a tiny and pathetic thing, and I’ll obviously have to go and find a new one either way, but I can’t imagine the money I have spent with them over the years and am disappointed at how dismissive and unsupportive they’ve been. I literally only needed to be listened to properly and given a moment to get their perspective on what they propose had happened. Really frustrating that big companies can just not acknowledge or respond to customers and that’s that.

Horrid, you pay over 1000 aed and they refuse to clean the car because it's dirty inside. What in the universe are they thinking... What is wrong with these people. Seriously...
