Absolutely shocking end result which is nothing like what we saw as samples in the kitchen Nolte.

Different shades were installed for the cuts and finishing was just poor.

Very bad service. We complained about our worktop many many times and they sent people over to see it and now they are blaming Albastone who fitted the worktop. Parts of the worktop is faded and they have done nothing about it. Sam Penny and Stephen Clark have come to see the worktop and both agreed that it was not right.

Terrible experience! I would recommend avoiding this company. I ordered the White Attica and 3 separate slabs were delivered so badly cracked and scratched they were entirely unusable. This caused delays in our building project and ended up costing us more money. Caesarstone's customer service was awful - they failed to communicate properly or acknowledge any responsibility for their faulty products and the knock-on effect this had. They seem to (wrongly) think they have no duty to the consumer to produce and supply products which are fit for purpose as the consumer has no contract with them, which is wrong.

We ordered a sample of Statuario Nuvo in May 2020 (lockdown, so no showrooms open.) Loved its creamy tones (instead of stark whites) so placed a large £8k order. Worktops fitted in early September and so upset by what we received - a slab several shades lighter than the sample and stony, not creamy, in tone. Caesarstone’s response - “it says ‘actual may vary from sample’ on the back.’” Repeated by the rep who came out today. In other words, the sample will show you examples of veining but the background white you will get, irrespective of the sample received, is pot luck. Having received a dismissive, patronising and incredibly rude initial reply back from VP of Sales, they only agreed to send out a rep when we cited our rights under Consumer law. Beware that the sample you receive and even see in the showroom may vary considerably from the slab you end up with. The rep acknowledged the differences in colour between sample and slab but gave no indication of any willingness to replace the worktop. We await their formal response but it has been a very disappointing experience, both in terms of product quality and customer service, from a company that are supposed to lead the market. We will take legal advice if required.
