There was two main things I asked for when I phoned. 1 was 2 appointments for me and a friend at the same time, not back to back. 2nd was the $100 facial plus the led additional $60 for both of us added on to each of the appointments. Neither of these requests were done. I feel that the lady told yes, just to get my booking. The she told me at the end of my appointment that I never said anything when I phoned - I specifically asked for exactly what I wanted, and had rung a couple of other branches who could not accommodate, she told me she could. The receptionist put me on to the lady who did my facial, I confirmed with her twice on the phone, what I was after and that she could see us both at the same time. I was absolutely furious, it ruined my day to find neither of these true. Not only did she not have time to finish our appointments, she saw us one after the other so each of us had to wait over an hour for each other. She also told me that I should have been clearer! My husband also said that she told me yes just for the booking, because I was very clear.

Caused swelling to my face, heavy handed with microdermabrasion machine or it is dirty, and will not refund my money. We need to get this place regulated. Don't trust this place they are money hungry and clients do not matter. Ruining skin is their specialty so they can get more money when the sun damages it more. Microdermabrasion is not usually given in the summer.
Made a complaint to the health and disability complaints. They said the machine was on too high. NO refund at all. And a weak apology. That they would put up the qualifications of the person who did my face and put her on the website.

I've been a customer for several years and they made a very serious mistake that they never explained to me, and they're hiding the truth. Employee error, expired products, lack of sorting... I will resort to legal action.
Visible improvements in my skin
I visited Caci yesterday for my Level 1 Chemical Peel, and I’m really happy with the experience. After applying the peel gel, my therapist used a cooling sonophoresis device on my skin, which felt cold but very soothing.
The cooling step really calmed my skin, reduced the redness, and made my face feel refreshed and clean. My acne has already started improving since I joined in May, and each session makes my skin smoother and clearer. I’m very pleased with the results so far and feel more confident with my skin.

I love my Caci membership
I love my Caci membership. Once a month I finish a long day at work and it is honestly the best feeling getting my face treatment. The service is unrushed and my facial treatment is done with care and attention. The constant massaging of all the good stuff into my skin is really relaxing and I look forward to it every month. I would strongly advise against seeking other employment
I would strongly advise against seeking treatment or employment at this clinic based on my personal experience. Unfortunately, I encountered significant issues during my time there, including what I believe was an unfair and improperly handled redundancy process. I received a final pay of only $3 without any formal redundancy letter or clear communication about final redundancy pay packages etc which was both disappointing and concerning.
Additionally, I observed unprofessional behaviour among some members of the team, including breaches of privacy and inappropriate discussions about other staff members.
If you are looking for a positive, respectful, and supportive work environment, I would recommend considering other opportunities.

I'm writing to express concern about my membership With ellersile branch. During my last visit on February 28th, I was informed that I only have three visits left. However, I've paid for 15 visits according to our contract, and I've only attended six.
Despite having no late payments, my account has been deducted without my approval for membership renewal. I've requested a refund for the extra charges but haven't received it yet. I also haven't received a copy of my contract.
I didn't opt for auto-renewal, and no one reviewed my membership with me before cancelling my remaining visits. Due to personal issues, I missed some appointments, but I did cancel them. I was under the impression that missed visits would still be available for me to attend at my convenience, as per the initial information I received.
I believe this situation is unfair, and I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and clarify the situation.

I burned my skin
I am the member of caci clinic recently and I am continue with one of the package. I had a some of pigmentation and malsma that’s why i membered with them. Last time I done signature peel like I update my package but they burned my skin now I can’t see my face in the mirror and they done some red light therapy also but my burned marks are still have now I got so many pigmentations I am so disappointed. I want my skin back so do something or until I will go next step.

Cancelling membership as lost all faith…
Cancelling membership as lost all faith in Caci and your consultants as Nikitia sold me Murad Vita-C Glycolic Serum and told me to use at night which I did for 6 months in the lead up to getting Photo Rejuvenation to find out that you are supposed to use it in the day time not night time.
Have spent thousands with Caci, really disappointed with my results from getting the Photo Rejuvenation done, was a total waste of time and money.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The therapist who provided the treatment was friendly and professional. She explained what procedure was happening and what it was for and the products used and what they targeted. Very relaxing and skin felt great.

No customer loyalty,Lack of Expertise
I am 71. I have been going to Caci Palmerston North since I was 40 for Botox injections with Brigid and prior to that Dr Ralphe Saxe the founder of the PN clinic. I have had no complaints. I moved to Whanganui and received one treatment there. My eyebrow drooped so I pursued rectification. I was sent to Feilding for an assessment. As soon as the owner / operator saw where i had been injected she said she knew what had happened and I had been injected in the wrong place. The Whanganui owner told me the nurse responsible had left. I recently moved to Napier and I resumed my relationship with Caci. They sent for my notes from the previous clinics and the next thing I know I have been contacted by the clinic owner to say they won't give me further treatments. I have been unfairly dealt to. The one issue i had was down to the wrong area being injected by ( I was told) an inexperienced nurse. Instead of standing by a loyal customer there has been a knee jerk reaction with insufficient investigation into the circumstances. I was prepared to stand by Caci and come back . They on the other hand took no time to properly investigate what happened. It will be interesting to see what Whanganui and Feilding wrote in my notes about what was done. I wonder if what was written is different to what I was told to my Face!!

To answer your feedback you are incorrect about the treatment with Ralph Saxe. When I started having Botox he was the only person providing it. Nurses did not. It was not a matter of seeing an appearance medicine Dr. You are missing the point either deliberately or not. It was the fault of the inexperienced nurse at the Whanganui clinic that caused a droop in my eyebrow. Why am I being penalized for that. ?
I am asking for a further review, and for you to please discuss with Brigid in PN.

I would'nt recommend the caci signature peel
I would'nt recommend the caci signature peel for all skin types as stated. I had x3 sessions and it done absolutely nothing good for my skin/face. Its a waste of money. I was lead to believe i will see results after my 3rd session which wasnt true.
Also its not something you want to get if you have sun damage.
I tried to leave a review on their facebook page but it seems my review is always deleted. Hmmmm, i wonder why???
