Very kind stuff, made me feel comfortable especially it being my first time!

The staff member that attended me today was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked questions about my treatment and she gave very short sharp answers without being helpful or willing to get into conversation. This is disappointing when you have prepaid for a professional service and you're trusting the Laser Clinics NZ to care for you throughout the process.
Other laser clinics I have attended in the past have had really friendly professional staff and they go above and beyond to make you feel really special. I would not recommend Laser Clinics NZ based on the 2 visits I've had to Newmarket branch.

I did my hollywood Brazilian in sylvia park and I didn’t like the service, the lady who done my hollywood brazilian, she was just finish in 2 minutes, and my back side she just click 5 times the laser machine, and said there were hairs , i can’t do that, shave it next time, i said i can not see the hairs in the back ,can you do it please she said no straight way and said if we do then we can’t do laser straight after that, but i’m also taking chin area from laser clinic Auckland ( city) there is a lady which is super super good, i never do my chin area shave she always do it and then do laser after straight way. How come this sylvia park clinic can’t do, its also the same branch, same rules apply everywhere.

Laser Clinics Hamilton - I went in and requested an appointment and requested a private space to talk first. I was denied this simple and reasonable request. A humiliating and totally unnecessary experience, that occurred in front of another customer

I used to have a world class Dr at Bondi Junction in Sydney, who was always professional and helpful. I’ll be returning to see him as Hamilton Laser Clinics are too insensitive and unwilling to listen to a client’s concerns. You don’t even deserve a 1 star, but regrettably there is no option to give a negative Star. A reductive & awful experience.

The team at riccarton laser clinics have never failed to disappoint. I am always greeted with smiles, care and support. I was hesitant to starting my laser treatments but the whole team were so understanding and respectful about it I knew I made the right choice. If you’re thinking of doing it do it!
