Ho noleggiato auto in tutto il mondo , mai mi era capitato di dover acquistare dal noleggiatore la loro copertura assicurativa, in quando altrimenti C Rent prevede un deposito di ben 1500 euro per il noleggio di 4 giorni di una utilitaria. Tra l’altro per chi poi deve essere riaccompagnato all’aeroporto di Fiumicino ci sono tempi lunghissimi, con la forte possibilità di perdere il volo, in quanto un solo operatore deve fare tutto da solo. MAI PIÙ’ C RENT

car full of scratches. Needed to take several photos before taking the car, to insure that they won't charge me for these. Dirty inside. I took pictures inside as well. Needed to add "adblue" because the car was warning me that it will be blocked and won't start. I ask them to pay me back but they did not answer. Empty of fuel at the beginning

J’ai pris un véhicule sans plein feux. Et l’ai découvert à la nuit tombée, donc trop tard. L’agence n’a trouvé rien d’autre à me répondre qu’ils changeraient les lampes à mon retour. Mais le problème n’était pas celui des lampes mais de système m’a confirmé un garagiste. Il en a conclu que le véhicule n’avait pas été contrôlé avant de me le confier.Résultat, circulation très dangereuse de nuit. D’autant plus lorsqu’on transporte sa famille.
Le pire est qu’à mon retour ils troué une rayure qu’ils m’ont fait payer 1200 euros ! Sur la base d’un devis soit disant réalisé en ligne avec un carrossier en 2’. Mon œil ! Ils n’ont même pas été capable de prouver l’état du véhicule à la prise en charge.
Cette agence n’est ni sérieuse, ni professionnelle. Des voyous, des escrocs, des voleurs qui mettent en danger la vie des ses « clients »
Je la déconseille vivement !

C-Rent charged me a €1,500 deposit for minor or unrelated damage and never refunded it, despite multiple requests and no valid justification.
The vehicle was already in poor condition, and the new damage happened while parked.
They do not provide repair invoices or any documentation. This company seems to keep deposits as a routine.
I’ve filed complaints with my credit card and Italian consumer agencies. Avoid them at all costs.

Ce site a été une vraie catastrophe. Nous avons vécu la pire expérience de location de voiture avec eux.
Nous avons payé un acompte de 100€ sur ce site pour qu’à notre arrivé à l’agence en Italie, ils nous disent ne pas travailler avec le site et que leur contrats de location est différent de celui que nous avons payé.
L'agence nous a donc fait payé un nouveau contrat à 210€ pour que l’on puisse avoir la voiture .. alors que nous l’avions déjà et normalement réservé .. nous avons été dans l’incompréhension et la colère la plus totale !!
J’ai depuis contacté le service client sans réponses de leur part évidement et donc nous sommes toujours en attente d’un remboursement.. on parle alors de vol ? D’escroquerie ? Un plainte a été déposé…
Ne perdez pas votre temps et votre énergie à passer via ce site .. fuyez le et vous vous en sortiez beaucoup mieux !! Je vous le souhaite 🙏🏼

Ondanks het feit dat C-Rent de schuld geeft aan DoYouItaly heeft deze firma een wanprestatie geleverd.
Via de combinatie DoYouItaly en C-Rent een 9 persoons bus gehuurd voor twee weken. Na 9 uur wachten met 5 kinderen op het vliegveld in Rome was C-Rent uiteindelijk bereikbaar met de mededeling dat onze bus al was vergeven.
Na heel veel discussie zou er dan toch een vergelijkbare bus klaarstaan. Dit bleek een 7 persoons bus, vol met deuken, niet schoongemaakt, drie brandende waarschuwinglampjes, een bjjna lege tank en een constant piep signaal omdat de gordelsensoren niet werkte. Met bagage op schoot, vermoeid na 12 uur gedoe naar het vakantie verblijf gereden. Onderweg 4 keer de banden opgepompt.
Na twee dagen hadden we een lekke band en de noodhulp kon de band nog net provisorisch repareren. De volgende dag naar een erkend garage bedrijf gegaan en die constateerde 4 verschillende merken autobanden waarvan de achterste volledig op waren. Volgens de monteur had C-Rent ons nooit de weg op mogen sturen.
Al snel kwam C-Rent met een oplossing. Ze wilden de oorspronkelijk overeengekomen bus komen brengen maar dan moest ik €300 bijbetalen of ik moest zelf van Passignano naar Rome terugrijden om deze om te wisselen.
Ons vertrouwen was volledig weg dus we hebben in een veel kleine, onveilige niet geprepareerde bus de vakantie doorgezet.
Het was een blamage en zelfs 1 ster is veel teveel.
De combinatie.DoYouItaly en C-Rent bleek een giftige combinatie van communicatie, betrouwbaarheid en professionaliteit.
Voor ons never nooit meer.
Kijk uit bij de genoemde firma's want het is een drama.

Het enige compliment gaat uit naar de medewerker die koortsachtig probeerde met zijn werkgever iets voor ons te regelen. Met het zweet op zijn hoofd in een kantoor waar de airco niet werkt moest hij onder erbarmelijke omstandigheden werken. Eerst moest hij een aggregaat aanzetten alvorens de computer en printer werkte. De omgeving van het kantoor leek meer op een gevangenis dan een representatieve werkomgeving.

Ho prenotato un’auto a Fiumicino e ho contattato il personale per farmi venire a prendere. PRIMO CAMPANELLO D’ALLARME: l’autista é arrivato dopo 20 minuti di attesa, ha parlato al cellulare per tutto il tempo mandando audio messaggi.
Arriviamo al “garage” (un prefabbricato in mezzo al nulla) dove ritirare l’auto dopo un’altro quarto d’ora di percorrenza e qui inizia la tarantella sull’assicurazione. Mi dicono che Il deposito sarebbe stato di € 1.500 e che non era possibile fare la transazione con carta di debito (non ricaricabile e con plafond ben oltre l’importo del deposito!) pertanto per evitare di rimanere in mezzo al nulla su Via di Coccia di morto sono COSTRETTA ad acquistare l’associazione e pertanto il noleggio dell’auto per 3g passa da €24 a €107! Alla riconsegna altra ATTESA di 30 minuti per essere portata a Fiumicino, altri 15 minuti per arrivare. Nell’attesa sento discutere degli stranieri che stanno riconsegnando l’auto anche loro “obbligati” ad accettare altre condizioni da LADRI! La chiosa di questa ORRIBILE esperienza é sentire un dipendente commentare al collega che avrebbe dato una capocciata allo sfortunato straniero se avesse potuto!

C-rent Napoli stazione da evitare.mi hanno rovinato la vacanza,il personale molto,ma molto scortese,mi hanno fatto aspettare un ora e mezzo per far arrivare l'auto,auto con problemi,non curata.

Ho noleggiato un'auto presso l'agenzia di via Vespucci a Napoli e mi sono trovato molto bene.
Vettura a posto, personale cortese e corretto alla riconsegna dell'auto.
Consigliatissima.

Ho prenotato un’auto per un fine settimana importante sul sito di C-Rent. In poche ore sono stata contattata da un operatore che mi consigliava al meglio su come procedere al ritiro (luogo, orario, etc.), di modo da non avere problemi. Purtroppo, dopo poco ho scoperto di dover annullare la prenotazione. Lo stesso operatore è stato super disponibile, mi ha contattata più volte per fornirmi tutte le informazioni utili per ottenere un rimborso e cancellare la mia prenotazione. Esperienza eccellente, consiglio questa azienda per affitti brevi o lunghi per la serietà dei suoi dipendenti. Consigliatissimo.

EVITATE QUESTA AZIENDA A TUTTI I COSTI.

La mia esperienza con questa compagnia di noleggio è stata deludente sotto ogni punto di vista. Per cominciare, mi hanno consegnato l’auto con il serbatoio in riserva — è la prima volta nella mia vita che ricevo un’auto a noleggio in tali condizioni. Sono arrivato a malapena al primo distributore. Inaccettabile e altamente non professionale.

Ma il peggio è arrivato alla riconsegna: a causa di un piccolo graffio su una copertura in plastica (vedi foto allegata), mi hanno chiesto 1.800 euro per riverniciare. Una cifra assurda, abusiva e totalmente sproporzionata.

Questa azienda non opera con trasparenza né buona fede. Non avevo l’assicurazione completa, ma ciò non giustifica un comportamento che somiglia molto a una forma di estorsione.

Ho già sporto denuncia alle autorità competenti. Le loro pratiche ricordano chiaramente quelle di una truffa da turisti in stile napoletano.

Sconsiglio vivamente di affidarvi a loro. Ci sono tante aziende serie. Questa non lo è.

Tariffa allettante...poi scopri il perché. In data 13 giugno 2025 mi è stata consegnata direttamente a Fiumicino(senza quindi firmare alcun contratto) una VW T Rock decisamente sporca dentro e fuori e contenente alcuni oggetti lasciati dal precedente cliente. Inoltre ( come candidamente dichiarato dalla persona che me l'ha consegnata) nel serbatoio aveva 5 euro di carburante! Mi ha consigliato infatti di fermarmi al primo distributore sulla strada. In data 21 giugno riconsegna l'auto presso il loro deposito e trovo il delirio. Un solo impiegato che doveva: consegnare auto, gestire le riconsegne, prendere i clienti a Fiumicino e riportare chi aveva lasciato l'auto. Ho riaccompagnato personalmente in aeroporto , con l'auto non ancora riconsegnata, una famiglia di Catania che rischiava di perdere il volo. Un disastro. Massima solidarietà e complimenti all'unico impiegato sul posto, che ha tentato di gestire l'ingestibile con calma e professionalità.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo con la azienda. Una buona qualità e il servizio e stato molto professionale e soprattutto molto gentile. Il signor Mario ci ha aiutato tantissimo e ha fatto l'impossibile possibile. Grazie di cuore al rutto il Team di c Rent. 🙏❤️

Esperienza negativa al massimo.
Aereoporto di Fiumicino:
Ricevuto una WV Polo in condizione pietose (Sporca ,interno pieno di capelli di donna senza carburante, spie del lunotto non bene specificate sempre accese)
Accetto nonostante le mie rimostranze.
Partenza per Sorrento per una cena di lavoro.
A cinque chilometri da Massa Lubrenza scoppia la batteria e auto completamente in panne bloccata in una curva senza illuminazione stradale.
Intendo chiamare un elettrauto ma dalla mia telefonata al noleggio mi dicono di non toccare nessuna parte della macchina e che non accettano di rimborsare eventuali costi di riparazione.
Risultato 7 ore di attesa per ricevere un auto di ricambio in condizioni pessime e senza carburante e senza copia della consegna.
Personale disponibile ma limitati e non professionisti.
Lavorano alla giornata senza un minimo di professionalità.
Compagnia di noleggio molto scarsa in termini di professionalità e sopratutto non hanno un ufficio per eventuali reclami.

Droppo Male !!!! Affitto in Alto adige 4 mese Una maccina , pagato sempre in Banca o da loro e droppo 4 mese ho detto mancano alcune settimane . Andata alle carabinieri e adesso al advocato . Non mi dai il cautione e solo problemi ,!!!!!

Warning. Never rent a car at this company. It is a tourist trap.

We rented a car with full insurance. Someone hit us at the parking lot. In spite of full insurance for the car we had a big discussion when we delivered the car.
The staff is very rude and is stressing you and are trying to get your signature, so you will pay a lot of money, even when you have full insurance cover. They have now drawed a big amount without legal notice! Besides there was only petrol for 20 km and flat tyres (and not the car we ordered).
Don't go there! - find a well known company instead.

Very smooth rental experience. The car had several scratches and dents. We reviewed them and photographed them before the rental. There was no hassle in returning the car because of this. There were no unpleasant surprises or hidden charges. Mario was a pleasure to deal with. He is personable and makes one feel the company can be trusted. Look for him!

If I could give negative stars I would. 9 day rental of a 9 passenger Van. Arrived early and offered to wait for them to prepare vehicle but he insisted we take it and was told would not be clean. Ok with that. However received vehicle completely empty of diesel AND adblue (fuel additive). Had 27 km of fuel to find a gas station in Rome central AND adblue additive. If anyone knows driving in Rome it’s a very intimidating experience. Never done it before and google maps can move fast enough to keep up to the pace on a mid day in Rome! Later that day after picking up passengers at airport saw that rear right door window was blacked out. Looked to be spray painted. Texted agent to say this van was completely empty of both fuel and adblue AND now we can’t even see out the window, we plan to travel throughout Italy. Agent said sorry for the fuel and this is how the van comes with dark windows. I advised that tinting is one thing but blacked out poor repair whatever is not. After many back and forth texts, he agreed to exchange the van next day. Next van was better however again gas tank only 1/4 a tank. I had requested it be filled before we pick up as I had just filled the previous van for €106 plus €30 for adblue and did not even use it. He did not respond and now we receive the second van without enough fuel to make it to the next city. We couldn’t pick up the second van until noon so what’s the excuse to not fill it up? This second van was picked up behind the fiumicino airport. At this point, we just wanted to get going and start our tour, so we filled a second tank and started our drive. Gas station was literally across the street. There was no excuse to not have it filled. Agent had until noon to get it done.
During the drive we experience check engine lights. Right rear Tire sensor broken and replace carburetor filter. Not a great sense of security.
Returned vehicle with 1/2 tank of fuel more than what we picked it up with which was fine. Then reminded the agent(s) now there is 3 of them, of the refund for the first tank of diesel and adblue (which should never have been like this) that I requested more than once. They refused and started to say it was our fault we filled tank and then ask to exchange the vehicle. I said no it’s their responsibility to give customers a safe and acceptable vehicle. They then started to say they don’t have authority to refund. “They are just little ants working for this company.” That they would need to charge €90 for cleaning. For which the vehicle was clean on return. I have pictures to prove. In the end to not stand and argue and get extremely upset, I filed a complaint/claim through Discovercars.com. The company that’s lists for CRent. Unfortunately they are only translating/forwarding my messages verses representing us. Yet they seemed to understand our concerns and claims or it was lip service and an AI response set up. As a good gesture CRent has offered €25. Definitely falling short. Exterior condition of both vehicles very poor and obviously same goes for maintenance of vehicle.
