Ordered Lego on 16th for my grandson’s birthday. Still not delivered.
Tried to track parcel but they require order no. and bank card details, not happy to forward bank details so emailed. Said they would track it with Hermes and contact me in 48hrs and if necessary send replacement by express delivery. Sounded good but so far nothing. I have tried sending further emails but get a ‘delay in delivery’ response. Phoned a London number but after a few rings call cuts off.
Greatly disappointed and let down, I have one sad little grandson. This was no bargain if I’m going to have to buy another.

Terrific customer service. Ordered new Lego set only just released and got best price and next day delivery . Receipt from Hamleys.
Very impressed and will certainly use again.

I was abit sceptical when I read some reviews about buzz-feed some being repetitive negative but I had some friends who recommended it so I gave them a shot. I found and £100+ Lego set I wanted that they sold for £62 and I couldn’t believe it, within 2 days of ordering it has arrived in pristine condition. Absolutely suited with the service! Thankyou so much

I should have followed my gut and not ordered from this suspect website. Order has not been delivered and customer services (email only) are ignoring my requests to cancel and refund the order.

UPDATE

Buzz Retail are now saying I have been refunded, but I haven’t. I am left with no choice but to try and recover the money via my credit card company.

I'm very dubious of the more positive reviews regarding this company. My experience would suggest that they are not to be trusted after ordering over £200 of Lego as a gift for Christmas. The order has been advised dispatched but still waiting for delivery after 2 weeks. Wish I'd read the reviews and dug deeper into this company before wasting my money. After digging deeper to find out how to contact them, I've come across all kinds of accusations and fraudulent findings into their business practices. (See amazon chargeback fraud for a taster). My advise is that they are a front for something and not to use.

BT baby monitor broke, BT advised I need to contact the place I purchased it from - Buzz-Retail. No phone number at all after searching everywhere. Sent NUMEROUS emails and used contact form on website. Been trying for 4 months now - no reply! DO NOT USE!

A couple of hitches with delivery of an empty box, however this was the suppliers fault not the retailers fault and customer service dealt with it very quickly and professionally and sent a replacement a day later.
Overall a very good service.

Bought a dewalt tool from here at a very good price, very smooth easy transaction and the tool was here 2 days later, registered and now has a 3 year guarantee, couldn’t be happier..

Item was paid for and within a couple of hours it said it had been shipped. 2 weeks later I am still waiting to receive. Email address doesn't work it keeps bouncing back and no reply from the contact form on the website. Issue raised with PayPal still waiting for reply. Do mot use this website

This is a very generous ratings as I’m thankful to have received my parcel Ordered on 29 June with 3-5 day delivery. It was frustrating to hear my order had been lost. Arrived eventually 17July.
It could have been a day earlier if they’d told me courier details. Tracking of the parcel did not work effectively.I made contact about the order several times.
I still wonder what might have happened if I hadn’t been proactive about my order.
Customer service when contacted several times gave a very prompt reply.
Would I order again? No

Grabbed myself a DeWalt bargain....... Then read some not so of the not flattering reviews on this site.... Had a butt puckering moment where I thought it may be a duff site but less than 48hrs after my order arrived safe and well.

1st time using buzz retail so didn’t know what to expect.If you pay via PayPal you cannot track your parcel, they say contact customer service so I did but the msg was trying to send numerous times but will not send. So There’s no way of contacting them so I cannot track my item. However I did receive my item without any problems so I will use again, The only downside is contacting them as I only pay using PayPal

Bought two Makita cordless sanders. A great saving delivered in two days. Registered them with Makita and was given a three year warranty. Brilliant service. Would recommend and reuse them again

Ordered quite costly goods at what might have been considered to be a "too good to be true" price. Got a few eMails signifying that my order was accepted, and then processed, and then being moved up to dispatch. However to see tracking details I found out that I was obliged to punch in my bank card number (awkward as I paid using PayPal, not by card!) The item ordered arrived with DPD (out of the blue, I never did get any tracking reference) on Day Three following my order being placed. So all in all I would like to say Buzz Retails service has been ultra quick.

Ordered my self leveling laser from this site as it was offering the lowest price. Ordered it on a Saturday around 11 AM and at 16 00 got an email which was saying that my product was already shipped. I thought, that's strange and incredibly fast considering it was a Saturday afternoon. Week passed on and no sign of my laser. I thought that must be one of those dodgy sites (never purchased before from them) but for a dodgy site they put a lot of effort in. So on Friday evening I emailed them at around 21 00 with no expectations of a reply until next week, Monday. 20 mins later got my reply. They had two attempts to deliver my product Tuesday and Wednesday but in the timeframe when my wife was out with my son. I received it eventually and although there was this delay I would still rate the service very good due to Jessica's customer support and her assurance that they were doing everything they could to get the product to me. The communication with delivery company could've been better as we would have avoided all the delay. But overall I'm happy with my purchase and how it went, and I will buy again from them!
