i have ordered from this company before and they have provided consistently a very user friendly fast and effective customer experience

Order Placed on 9th July. Not expecting to have received my order yet, however the item hasn't even been dispatched. Their website states "Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of the order being placed." Well this just isn't true clearly as I am not the only customer with slow service and my order has been over 72 working hours and still not dispatched. I have sent the company a message directly asking when the likely dispatch will be and guess what... No response. I would recommend not using this company.

An hour or so posting the review I was contacted by Buzz-Retail to say that my item had now been dispatched and upgraded to next day delivery which was very kind. The reasons given to the delayed dispatch, was lack of drivers and Covid in the warehouse. I would state that on the response this review was mentioned and I was asked if I could update or amend. The package did arrive the next day, however I was surprised to see that the packaging and invoice was all Clubhouse Golf.

Ordered a power tool from this website, came all in good time, however I emailed customer service twice (the first being 8 days ago) asking for a VAT invoice but I’ve still had no reply whatsoever. You could at least acknowledge my enquiry. Over a week and still no response is no good.

So the price was great, 20% less than other retailers. But the services was so poor; order confirmation email within seconds. The dispatch email came two day later... the link to track the shipping didn't work, the customer services emails just bounced back. It eventually arrived but the whole sales process made me loose confidence that it was a legitimate website. I'll never use again.

edit post reply from buzz retail… the email address i was using was the one given in the shipping confirmation email to me from buzz retail ‘customerservices@…’. No, i did not miss spell it, i clicked on the email address given and it opened a new email automatically. Maybe buzz retail should check the emails they are sending out and make sure they have the right information?

Good customer service, however the email address is wrong on the website. Unable to get tracking information for delivery even though it's DPD.

Wonderful service and price much lower than other companies for Lego set purchased.

Not impressed with this company. the delivery did not arrive within the timeframe shown and they said another order had been sent for delivery. i waited for another week for the order to come to which i was told that there was now supply issues for the instant pot. If it had already been dispatched like they claimed there would be no supply issue

I purchased Sony Earbuds from Buzz because the price was so good. Order process was smooth and confirmation followed shortly after. I then waited nervously for my purchase to arrive...but not for long though! I only opted for Standard Delivery but they were with me within a few days (posted direct from Costco). I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again

ordered a 2TB hard drive and very with the service. Also registered my warranty for another 1 year! so happy overall.

I ordered Star Wars Lego, exceptional price, almost too good to be true. After i placed my order, i looked at the reviews, which is really what i should have done before placing my order. I was really worried as some reviews were quite scathing. I thought, i’m not going to receive my order. 3 days later, delivery arrives via parcel force. Genuinely over the moon. Fantastic service, great price!
