Liars and thieves

A scam operation if you ask me. I ordered a television on November 21, 2021. Was given a delivery date of November 29, 2021 that changed to the 30th. No big deal. As of today December 11, 2021, no television. The receiver says the shipper doesn’t have it. The shipper says Buydig hasn’t provided it. Four calls to Buydig have been met with apologies and promises of a call back the next day with an update. Assurances that management is making my order a top priority and all those lies. Zero calls back. Zero action. Zero television.

I’ve been told four times the same thing; the shipper is busier during the holidays and it takes just a few days longer. Ok. Why no call backs. Why does no one know where the television is and why won’t Buydig provide another one? I have my assumptions and they center around this operation being thieves and liars.

DO NOT BUY FROM BUYDIG. THEY ARE DECEITFUL.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Sold me discontinued and defective product as new. It was a Garmin and we were stranded on a 14er without gps. Not fun. Do not buy from either. Neither backed their product with a reasonable return policy. Now I have a refurbished piece of crap that is unusable.

Outstanding TV and Seller

I was a little hesitant to first of all even place the order, but glad i did and received the TV a week later not due to Buydig but the delivery company which held the unit for almost a week at hand before delivery. But once followed up with Buydig customer care, things went rolling and within a day the unit was scheduled and delivered. Pretty happy with the 77 A80J unit and it's a huge tv but worth every single penny and i have been a loyal sony fan who has another TV going in still for 8 years and counting, You get what you pay for. Amazing exp wth buydig and will look forward to future purchases as well.

Issue with refund

I booked a LG 77" OLED TV and had to cancel it because I was not getting any updates from BuyDig.

I called up customer care, initially they said, my credit card did not go through and they would retry. After couple of days, they said, it went through fine and they ll ship the TV. Couple days later they said the TV is shipped. All this while, I don't see any update in the order status page on their website. I call them again, they said they'll send me the tracking number. Another day went through, I received nothing. So, finally had to cancel it. Now, I'm being said, they ll refund me but I have to wait till the TV is returned back to them. I don't know where the TV is and when it will reach them. All I can do now is sit and wait. Horrible experience. Do NOT recommend them.

They have removed the Billing and Shipping information from the order status page now.

Scam Site

I ordered something from them and the order just showed as processing for a month. When I finally contacted them they told me they cancelled my order. Thanks? No explanation given, and I guess were never going to bother letting me know? Waste of time, the site is just a scam.

Well I bought a Frigidaire countertop…

Well I bought a Frigidaire countertop mixer, which my gut told me not to buy but I did anyway. And then it didn't run right so I returned it and they would not give me my money back because I contested it through my credit card. Now they won't return my money because they said the dispute is open yet. But when I call Capital One they say it's been closed for a long time. Buydig still won't return my money. So don't do any dealings with buydig. If you have problems like I did with the merchandise it's going to be a long battle to get your money back.

I will never make a purchase from these…

I will never make a purchase from these people again I first bought a T.V from them on eBay the tv was poorly described and 5 minutes after purchase I canceled it the responded with they couldn’t cancel the order it had already been shipped. So I figured forget it I’ll just keep it well it never got to my house let alone the state I live in it was shipped back to their warehouse 3-1/2 weeks ago. I spoke with them directly and bought 2 TVs from the I now have $2,000.00 or so I’ve given these people!! Guess what no TVs going on over a month now. I just finally received the credit for the first tv from ebay 10 minutes ago the one they told me on the phone I would get in 5/7 business days well they were only off by about 25 days. Stay away they are awful..

Looking for customer service, received greed instead

Purchased form them on ebay. We had emergencies with our office and could not return the item in time. ( a label and return process was started in the allowed time, but could not arrange shipping). Contacted again and was told they are not authorized to allow the item to be returned. Basically meaning they have the money and don't want the item back and are unwilling to accommodate.

Very unfortunate- Scam

Very unfortunate. Bought a Samsung Frame TV bezel they claimed to have in stock. Would ship out in “2” days. A month later, no shipping, no tracking, no update. I’ve given multiple opportunities for them to earn my business and do what’s right. It’s a scam. If you ordered, file a fraud claim with your card issuer ASAP. Read the reviews. It’s really unfortunate. Even the customer service thread is wrong. I have a month of documentation to prove it.

I purchased a product from them and it was damaged twice

Update: I tried calling the number which I was asked to call and after several times I found that it was an answering machine which if full. This is not the correct teply...

After speaking with a person from there she offered a 50 dollar coupon from buydig. I really was not happy but agreed anyway. The funny part is I tried to use it and it said it was invalid. I finally wrote her back and said it was not worth the trouble after all and purchased the product from another vendor. They have not wrote me back since!

I purchased a product from them to be sent to my sister or her birthday and it was received damaged due to very poor packing. I called and spoke to Josh and I told him that the packing was very poor for a product that is heavy and he informed me that he would tell shipping and behold the replacement was packed the same way and it is damaged. I called and talked to Josh again and he told me that they would credit my account...but this is not the way to do business with just a sorry..

Shady company

Shady company, beware.

I attempted a purchase of a 6000 dollar TV, from beach camera, owned by buydig. They don't attempt to charge your card until several hours after you submit, so of course I ordered in the evening , late at night and went to bed. I missed the text verification from my card company and the purchase was denied. I tried 3 times to recharge after the bank refused it but it would never go through,

I tried to re-add the item to my cart , but the extras were missing (accidental damage, gift cards), i contacted customer service via email and asked if i could get the original deal and they just said to 'call a sales person and they will give you the best price'. Fed up with this route I decided to try to order online from a different route.

Before I realized that beach camera was now owned by buydig. I went to order this model through buydig and put in a different credit card, they debited the money from my account, then after 2 days, after taking the money, buydig canceled the order. I called customer service and they said it was due to fraud alert. After they debited my account.

So long story short, buydig, debited my account 6000 dollars then decided it was fraudulent. and 1 week later I am still waiting for the money to be returned to my account.

Stay away from these guys, it's a shady operation, go to bhphoto.com or crutchfield.com or even bestbuy.com...really anyone is better than theses guys.

One of the worst online experiences I've had

I ordered an OLED TV online but it was cancelled due to credit card problems. I contacted BuyDig support so they could resend the order, but instead of resending it they made a completely different order and removed the discount I was using. As a result, the order is not on my account and I cannot view updates from the website. I called BuyDig support back on Wednesday so I could hopefully get an ETA on the television, and told they would contact me with shipping information (they wouldn't) and update my account (they didn't). I was told that my account would update with details of the transaction, but it has been four days since then so I can only conclude that this information was also not true.

In their eventual follow-up email (which I had to call them repeatedly for) I have still not received the tracking number for my package and the order number they sent does not work. The link to view the status of my order on FedEx is also broken. I reiterated my concerns to BuyDig, and four and a half hours later (the email reply said within a few hours there would be a response) they still had not replied, at which point BuyDig closed for the weekend. I was informed that the TV was going to arrive on Monday, but without any calls or emails to update me on the delivery times and BuyDig still refusing to update my account with the purchase information or tracking number, I have no idea when to expect it. I have to guess when the TV is going to show up and hopefully be there so it doesn't get stolen.

I originally wasn't 100% sure if I wanted to keep the television after I bought it and this customer service has not helped matters at all. I am afraid of asking them to even consider returning the TV after all of this effort just for it to get to me. The one positive of this whole experience is that the customer associates have been extremely nice over the phone and it genuinely seems like they're trying their best, but either they are woefully underprepared to help me or the people who are managing their requests are incapable of completing their tasks. It's clear that the single action of re-ordering over the phone was enough to completely break the BuyDig ordering system, and I recommend any person who thinks about doing so just cancel their orders.

Do your research before buying.

After going through the Buy Dig website and checking the Better Business Bureau complaints section, I'm electing to shop elsewhere. I'm not paying $229 for speakers that are $133 at 4 different reputable retailers.
