I finally got my drone working again…
I finally got my drone working again thanks to the good effort of Maria Luisa, who answered my mail prompt every time within 12 hours.
To bad she had to depend on the person who had to write a three line letter to get my drone working again.
This took for ever (several weeks).
Maria Luisa had to defend this person's lack of enthusiasm and apologize for it.
But after all she managed to get me the letter and my drone is fixed.
If it was for her I gave this review 5 stars, the whole experience 2 stars.

Don't order from them. I put in an order that supposedly was in stock. RIGHT after I put it in, it conveniently was not in stock. They STILL charged my paypal and have yet to refund the money even though in EVERY email since (15 so far) they keep claiming to give it 3-5 days. That time has come and gone. I officially submitted a better business bureau complaint. This is not a good company. How do you take an order, not have the item in stock but initially show as if you do, and still charge the person never having had the item to begin with? These are nefarious practices and they are not deserving of anyones business. And their online reps keep sending the same stock email answers. They don't do a thing but lie to you.

Ordered a refurbished Shark WandVac
Ordered a refurbished Shark WandVac. Looks and operates as new. Arrived earlier than expected. The price was way lower than other refurbished WandVacs from other companies. Really happy with the purchase and the follow-up from Nicole to find out my feelings with the product. Great product and Great service. Will be buying from them again in the future.

Terrible company
After a 3 week delay in delivery, the company found some random guy with a van to deliver my $3000 TV. I had to help him get it into my house as he was alone with the 83" TV. Because of all the hassle to get the TV, I was offered $400 to accept the product and change my ratings from 1 to 5 Stars. I accepted the offer and changed my ratings. It's now been 2 weeks since the delivery and no $400. Also, the product was advertised with a 4 year extended warranty. I've tried, unsuccessfully, to get the company to honor the advertised warranty. Buydig does have good prices, but their customer service is terrible. If I were to do it again, I'd pay more just to not have the hassle. I strongly advise. Stay away from this company

In February I purchased a Microsoft Duo…
In February I purchased a Microsoft Duo phone from this company. The phone ended up being defective. I bought from this company because they advertised that they are a Microsoft authorized dealer.... So upon contacting them about the defective microsoft duo, they initially wrote the following to me: " would you like to keep this item for the nice amount of 75.00?" !!!! A phone that cost 347.00 and is not working. What am I going to do with 75.00??!!! I obviously declined their "nice" offer. Then they said they couldnt replace it because it was purchased via a 3rd party, (that would be Ebay, even though all their promises are on their ebay page), they said they could only offer a refund. I accepted their limitation and asked them to proceed with the refund.
First it took forever for them to send the return label, and when they got the phone they only refunded half of the total price.
Every time I called to follow up they would use the excuse that the return was outside the return window, it was not! And every time they checked they would see that all was done within the appropriate time frame. Then th
say that they needed to talk to the manager. Then they tried to say that the phone was in bad shape when they received it. Another made up lie, it was returned in its original packaging same condition as it came to me, without damage. The only problem the phone had was the display was malfunctioning. In the end we never got a call back from anyone about only getting 1/2 our money. Currently Pay Pal has stepped in to dispute the remaining balance.
I am also filing complaint with Ebay directly.
False advertising and corrupt business practice.

Bought an Osmo 3 from Buy Dig. FedEx delivered it to wrong address. Buy Dig refused to refund it until I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Shop elsewhere people. This merchant is a rip off.

New or not new Samsung soundbar…
Purchased a Samsung soundbar from Buydig. A little over 2 months, it refused to power on. Called Samsung for warranty; provide the serial number; Samsung representative said the warranty is valid looks like purchased from Walmart. Buyer beware, product may not be new.

What a breath of fresh air, after dealing with a nightmare dealing with the The Big a , and receiving a used,Like new EXPENSIVE OLED only to fIND after setting it up a cracked screen and damaged corner, indicating it was obviously dropped and never reported or just ignored it and listed it for sale, I then ordered a new unit only to have it never arrive. In my disgust I searched Ebay and found BuyDig and the exact OLED I wanted and not only a better price but a free extended warranty. 3rd time,indeed a charm! BuyDig saved 400.00. The delivery was excellent!!!.They packaged the OLED ORIGINAL pkg inside another box. That’s customer service!!!! Thanks BuyDig, I’ll be back.

RIP OFF
ordered a 75 inch tv it took almost 2 weeks to get it. I unboxed it at it up and found that it was broken. It's almost impossible to get in contact with customer service. The first call I got the run around.. the second call the guy didn't kno his ass from his nose.. the third person set up a new TV to be delivered and the broken TV picked up. When they came to pick up the TV they did not have a replacement (the agreement was to bring one take one). So now I have no TV and they have my money and won't replace the TV??? RIP OFF!!!

Dishonest company and support
Dishonest company and support. I ordered a Garmin watch from BuyDig and FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. The proof of delivery picture obviously shows it is not my home. I opened a case and FedEx said I need to contact the shipper for them to open a claim. I reach out to BuyDig support and give them the FedEx tracking number and case number. No response. After almost a month, I reach out again and was told that FedEx rejected the claim.
I called FedEx again and was told the shipper never opened a claim for the tracking number or case number. BuyDig refuses to file a claim and refuses to provide me with a refund. They lied about filing a claim with FedEx, dishonest company.

Wrong tv delivered
I ordered a tv to be delivered for Christmas and they sent me a completely different brand. It totally ruined Christmas for our family and speaking to their assistant manger Josh, no attempts were made for customer satisfaction. I decided to ask for a refund and have them pick up the wrong tv they sent me. This was my first and last experience with Buydig.com

Poor Warehouse Staff - Autel MaxiCharger
Ordered the Autel MaxiCharger Home Smart Level 2 Charger with in-Body Holster twice (10/11 and 10/27) from BuyDig. Both times I was sent the version with the separate holster. Buydig could not explain what the issue was as if you model numbers were on the boxes and they could have been verified in warehouse prior to shipping. Now I had to spend more on another charger and pay another fee for electrician to come back again and install.

Ordered an LG C1 tv
Ordered an LG C1 tv. Their order tracking page is about as bare-bones as it gets. The only thing listed was my order # and a status that continued to say processing. The day before my TV was originally scheduled to arrive, I finally reached out to customer service. They told me the only way for the order to go through processing was to call their verification team. When I asked why no one notified me of this, their reply was, "the email must not have gone through." I re-checked all my folders including spam, nothing. I attempted to call their verification team right after this, but their hours of availability are rather limited. I also had to wait an extra day to finally get ahold of them because June 6th is apparently a holiday? I finally reached the team a few days later, and they told me to call my bank to pre-authorize the transaction and they'd re-run my payment within an hour. I did this right after I got off the phone. Fast-forward 6 hours later and I email them back to re-check my order status to make sure everything was processed correctly. The team member informs me nothing has been re-run and they'll do it now but it'll now take 1-3 hours to process. 3 hours goes by and still nothing on my bank statement or in my inbox. Now knowing these people don't think it's important to communicate on a nearly $2,000 purchase, I email them back the next day to once again try and confirm my order went through. Once I get a reply, they now inform me I'll need to place a new order on their site.
Look, I'm not one to typically write bad reviews, but holy #$%^ the communication is lacking. Reading other reviews on here, I may never have even heard back had I not taken the initiative to contact them first and then rechecked things multiple times which I shouldn't have to do when I'm literally trying to give them my money. Heed the warnings of others and myself, avoid shopping with these people at all costs. Their prices are not worth the hassle.

Ordered a LG C1 OLED 65”. Brand new. Got it fast and it came in perfect condition. Read some bad reviews but decided to try to anyways and I couldn’t be happier. Got an amazing deal too!
