I recently visited Laman Maharramova at Bupa Dental Care in West Bridgford, Nottingham and received exceptional service. She is thorough, professional, and maintains a polite and welcoming demeanor. Ms. Maharramova accurately identified my dental issue and provided practical advice that successfully resolved it. I highly recommend her practice.

I’ve a lot of experiences of Dentist practices and this one has always provided me with 10/10 service, for myself and my children, now adults who continue to stick with a practice that offers excellent care and service.

Can't fault my treatment, but what has happened to the friendly, welcoming place that this practice used to be? Its now far too 'transactional' and either the staff are truly miserable, or they have forgotten how to smile....

As a 76 year old and quite nervous regarding dentistry, I found every member of staff to be kind, courteous and helpful.

BUPA Witham is epitome of disrespectful and unprofessional conduct.

It amazes me that a large organisation such as BUPA can serve basic administration so poorly. I tried calling this practice this morning to organise a simple x-ray referral. After 2 minutes of pre-recorded messaging about a busy line, the call terminates and hangs up on me. Jeez, it’s 2026 and BUPA can’t handle two people being on hold. Your Chelmsford branch has the same problem - fix your technology!!

The appointment. I arrived on time at 9:30am, Wednesday 9th for this routine scheduled X ray. The purpose of my X-Ray was to undertake Invisalign treatment with your Chelmsford surgery at a cost of ~£4,000.

It’s now 10:30am, I am sat in your reception, waiting for this damn X-ray. During this hour, not a single person has entered or left the X-ray room. This is a shambles, I am on the cusp of walking out and you lose your £4,000 revenue.

I am also out of pocket for my time wasted, plus the consultation costs for my Invisalign pre-treatment. I expect to be reimbursed for this.

Best dental experience I have ever had. Staff great. Make you feel at ease. Fully informed throughout. The dentist even made me laugh. Had some great tunes playing in the background. Highly recommend.

Dr Mohammad Abdel-Hadi
I can't recommend Dr Abdel-Hadi highly enough. He restored two root-treated molars on my lower right and fitted crowns on both, and the work was excellent — very thorough, everything has settled and healed well, and the crowns feel completely natural. He is kind, polite, considerate and thoroughly professional throughout; you feel in safe hands from the first appointment. As a doctor myself, I'd send anyone to him.

Dr Alan Knight
I can't recommend Dr Knight highly enough. I had abscesses above the roots of two teeth and fully expected to lose them; he saved both. He is exceptionally skillful and thorough — takes the time to do it properly, explains what he's doing, and the results speak for themselves. He is thoroughly professional. In his area he is the best specialist I have come across, and I say that as a doctor myself. Very grateful.
