Highly recommended for training / consultancy

Had the fantastic opportunity to do my Level 5 with BSC and have Paul S as my tutor. Really engaging and helped me when i needed it. I have to say, i found the online portfolio management tool daunting at first, but what a fantastic and flawless tool it soon became. Top marks for making uploading evidence so easy!

Adrian delivered an excellent course throughout the three days. Witty, amusing and very knowledgeable, he made the course very easy to engage with and although the amount of content is substantial, you never felt weighed down or overwhelmed at any point. Adrian was brilliant at knowing when everyone needed a little break and was frank and honest about the topic. It was refreshing to have an instructor who wasn't worried about being himself. He gave you the information you needed to know but he was truthful and authentic. Too often on training courses nowadays instructors are seemingly too worried about straying off the 'official script' if you like and it becomes a bit monotonous. Adrian was authentic, generous with his time and knowledge and made this course an extremely worthwhile experience. I would recommend the course to anyone

IOSH Training - Superb!!
The course was brilliant. All the training material, content and examples shown were spot on and facilitated in the learning process. Our trainer Gavin Taylor was brilliant and kept everyone engaged despite training on MS Teams. I have learnt a lot from this training. I am more aware now than i was before the training. Totally worth it.

Excellent IOSH training
I thought the trainer for the IOSH course was engaging and interesting, clearly knowledge and had the great skill of sharing and imparting that knowledge. IOSH Managing Safely Online Training
I attended a 3 day online live classroom IOSH Managing Safely Training course through British Safety Council with trainer Brian Prout.
The online access to the course was very straight forward and despite a minor issue with getting access to the online portal/learning materials this was rectified quickly and efficiently by Gemma Quealy ahead of the first day of the course.
Brian led the course in a very appropriate manner balancing information, training, delegate input and banter excellently and tailoring examples to the individuals/individual sectors on the course making it all the more relevant.
Regular breaks were given during each day as the majority of people were working from home giving the ability to get a top of water/tea/coffee etc and Brian was on hand throughout to answer any questions or point people in the right direction of what to look for.
Brian was also fantastic at managing technical gremlins for individuals on the course never letting any issues become a sticking point during the training and used Zoom very effectively using breakout rooms and polls which were very cool features.
The online knowledge check modules were very useful and the online test was challenging but tested the information given during the training very well.
I have just to complete the Work Based Project aspect of the course which has 2 weeks after the final training day submission date and good guidance/information is also provided with this.
Highly recommend British Safety Council as a provider and Brian as a trainer!
