The is not an easy course to complete and quite difficult if not from a H&S background. However, the trainer Stuart made it an enjoyable and easy to follow course, great method of teaching and explaining complex questions and tasks. Presentable, knowledgeable and approachable, all good traits for a someone teaching students. I would recommend this company to people looking to learn and self develop.

This course was delivered very well by Stuart.

Good classroom discussions to bounce off one another with very detailed examples and anecdotes from Stuart.

Task specific work was very beneficial.

Make no mistake this is not an easy course, however Stuart has made the course understandable and more upbeat, health and safety is never going to be fun, but we have laughed as a group every day. Undertook the nebosh course, Stuart was a great facilitator and really made the course engaging and is a great tutor! He is always happy and smiling and keeps the information entertaining.

I recently completed the NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate through Phoenix Health & Safety, and I would sincerely like to thank the entire team for their support throughout the journey.

Over the years, I have also completed the NEBOSH International Diploma and several other health and safety courses through Phoenix, and throughout all of them I have consistently experienced professional support, patience, and guidance from both the tutors and the wider support team.

What stood out most to me during the EMC journey was the quality of the tutor feedback and the willingness of the team to help students understand not only the course content itself, but also the expected NEBOSH structure and assessment approach required to succeed. The detailed guidance provided during the EMC mocks and assessments genuinely helped build confidence and understanding throughout the process.

I would also like to thank the administrative and study support staff who were always willing to assist with queries, communication, and general guidance whenever needed. Their professionalism and support throughout the learning process truly made a difference.

Really good training material and help when requested from online tutor.

I have studied NVQ Level 6 Diploma in OHS and NEBOSH Fire Safety certification qualifications with Phoenix and I can`t recommend this training provider highly enough. Their support, including their platform and training materials were far beyond my expectations. I have to mention Matt Griffin, my assessor who supported and guided me throughout the course, responded abruptly and gave me fresh ideas to finally successfully pass. I highly recommend this provider and thanks for Matt again.

Phoenix is a brilliant company providing great and challenging assessments that test your abilities in the health and safety world but also ensuring you become the most competent and skilled body in the health and safety sector. Matt was my tutor and he was fantastic. Friendly, approachable and so fast at responding. The communication was incredible. I am very proud of myself for completing my diploma and I have felt such an accomplishment completing the qualification. The course also works in a way where you can take skills from your own experiences and workplace and apply them to your work with an evidence-based portfolio which I found was a fantastic way of approaching the assessments and made me feel more confident in my practice! Overall, I am satisfied with the course content, it was challenging at times but the level of support and knowledge provided by my tutor Rebecca was fantastic. I plan to complete some other courses in the future via Phoenix.

9 days online with essentially a stranger can be really hard! However, Cristina is a genuine credit to the Phoenix group. Thank you for your depth of knowledge and the amazing zing you have, bringing the group together and making us all feel comfortable, seen and relatable.
The structure of the course is well thought out and easy to follow especially along with the added course book.
I'd definitely recommend this course and Cristina herself as a tutor, she has such patients and incredible passion about Health & Safety.

Really good training course (NEBOSH Environmental) Tony delivered exceptionally well and catered for all learning levels. I have used a number of training suppliers for other NEBOSH certifications and Phoenix in my opinion is the best of others used. I will be using and recommending for future development.
