Thanks for helping me with my issues. The text help was very convenient. I called the number last night outside of business hours and then got a text back in the morning. That was very helpful as my days are very busy. Mervin was the rep who helped me. He did everything in a timely manner, he was able to solve my problems, and he was very nice about it. Tracking device
Mervin helped me this morning to track my device and find out why it wasn’t working.

BrickHouse security tracking devices…
BrickHouse security tracking devices are the best! I've been using mine for like 4 months and it has been perfect. They are very easy to communicate with. If you're like me and don't like talking to people on the phone you can just text message them and they get back with you very quickly just like today I spoke with "Mervin" and I took care of my request ASAP! I highly recommend BrickHouse!

The tracker came as advertised
The tracker came as advertised. It was easy to use , even for me. The tracking was amazing! It was within a few feet of the address and even gave the address. Such a great value i couldn't believe it. Customer service was an actual human which answered my questions easily.I bought 2 and theyre still tracking after 2 months with no recharge.

Great customer/technical service
I was having trouble making some changes on the app and got connected with their customer service.

I love how you can track in real time…
I love how you can track in real time and see what time they stoped and you can make boundaries and see what time they entered and even when they leave. You can even hid the tracker under your car and it won’t be detected by any or so app or device, thank you brick housing security!

I'm sure their GPS services are great…
I'm sure their GPS services are great if you're made of money, but if you buy one of their GPS tracking online, you're basically forced on one of their monthly or yearly plans, you'll buy a GPS offline with the intention of paying $20-40, and if you decline to sign up for their $400 a month plan they swindle you out of $81 a month.. until you force them to cancel your membership..
I wouldn't know how good the GPS tracking devices because I never got to use it for its intended purposes because of dealing with their hidden predatory business practices.
They won't give you a return address either they'll b******* you and b******* you until you've run out of time to return your device to them..

I’m sorry for the frustration here. I realize that with the hardware on sale this month at such a low price, you may not have read every detail on the page before purchasing.
Real-time GPS trackers do require an active cellular and cloud software service in order to provide live location data, and that service plan requirement is disclosed in multiple places during the purchase process, including on the product page, in the cart, and again at checkout when selecting a plan.
That said, we do not want you to feel stuck with a product or service you did not intend to buy.
Please reply to our customer service team, and we’ll take care of the full refund for both the hardware and the service fee.
If you still need a real-time GPS tracker, we’d also be happy to help you choose the right plan and make sure you get the level of service and support you expected from us.
