Very knowledgeable staff
I bought a tracker and I’ve had lots of questions to make sure I know how to use it correctly and get the most out of it. They’ve been patient with me and they really know their stuff. I would highly recommend them based on their knowledge and just how they treat their customers with respect. They’ve gone above and beyond for me.

These guy's and gals know their stuff…
These guy's and gals know their stuff when you need them the most. I been with brick house for almost 2yrs. You get what you pay for. They want to help you with any issues you might have. They always have been kind and very understanding. In the month of November a problem arised so I called and they helped me within 26 minutes all taken care of. I couldn't believe the service.
they make sure that you are very satisfied with their service. I am very happy with this company. Good job you guys.....

I had problems logging on to my device
I had problems logging on to my device. I texted Brickhouse and Czarmaine responded to help me. After several minutes it was discovered that I had a capital letter in my email address. I felt so foolish. Charmaine was so kind and very helpful and understanding of my mistakes. Your in good hands if you're lucky enough to get her help.

Love this so much. It was really simple just charge up and and follow the instructions to set up an account and just put on trailer and ready to go. Took me 5 min to set up and mount on trailer. Love it
