Went today to kingslynn and went to the bruwer fair freebrdge farm absolutely disgusting ordered the mixed grill steak like rubber eggs rock hard and burnt grilled tomato burnt and still hard, even with their offers not worth a penny there are plenty of restaurant to visit in and around but if I was you stay awake from this one.

I took my girls to enjoy the soft play area which they did! But when it came to lunch it’s a big no! Firstly I ordered our meal that’s fine and paid for them. but then the guy had forgotten to order even one of my daughter’s meals! Then had the cheek to ask me to go back up and pay for it even though I had just sat and explained my other daughters meal was horrible I wouldn’t have even ate the burger myself! Literally bland as anything and could only taste charcoal off it! Baring in mind my other daughter had this also. Plus they had forgot the peas for there meals also. Plus on there website it says 25% off meal… and kids eat free… we got the 25% off but he still charged me the kids meal and I explained online it says this.. and basically got told no… even though it actually does! Would not recommend at all and we for one will not be returning!

Great value breakfast, good selection available, everything was nice and equipment easy to use, staff were friendly. Well done D and D at Bideford.

En route to Birmingham from Newcastle we took a random break at Alfreton (near Derby) Brewers Fayre. What a great place! Smashing food, (falafel n salads for adults, sausage n chips and spag bol for grandsons) play area was well stocked with colouring equipment and a spacious soft play. Our server Jennifer was really lovely, friendly and helpful. I recommend an hour or so here. We will be returning☺️

Wanted to share how amazing Betty the hostess was at the southsea venue .
Our family was staying at the Premier inn on site and booked the stay/ eat deal. Food was the usual standard and good value for money.
It was the very busy easter weekend.
But Betty made us feel welcome .new all the offers on .was friendly to our little boy .I did ask if she ever went home as she was there late the nigth before and was there for the breakfast too. She said unfortunately they were short staffed .
I do hope that the brewers fayre brand value there staff and and appreciate all the hard work they do .

Great service at Aire and Calder Brewers Fayre went for a family meal. The food was very nice served quickly. My main point was how nice and helpful the staff where, so nice and kind they couldn't do enough to make it a nice occasion. It was my wife's birthday and they went above and beyond. Thank you for making it a great day.

Went today to The Marina, Hinckley, they seemed to be very short staffed. We ordered at the bar and then waited over 40 minutes for our meals to arrive. Everything arrived over cooked and very dry.
I have been a regular customer of The Marina since it opened, but slowly each visit the standards are getting lower, I think I will have to find a new location for my lunches.

Had a lovely birthday meal here . Staff were so helpful . Good value. Nothing was too much for staff.

Would like to say went to Brewer Fayre for meal. The staff were friendly intentive. The food was awful.the fish chips were not good quality the fus batter was was soggy was not cook hiw should be. I had the chicken curry the chicken was really chewy had a weird texture . I shaw was not cook. I chef i now foid should came out. No one around to say there was problem with the food. So tjousend this on the views. This is in bideford. Been there before had something different that was lovely. This time i do not rate it . Its O mark .

Never been to a brewers fayre so didn’t know what to expect..
When arriving I thought it’s busy that’s a good sign..
We were seated quick and went up to order at the bar. No one is sight. Eventually someone came and took our order - 2 Sunday carvery.
We went up to the carvery and a young lad was on his mobile phone and eating and didn’t look up.. he then asked what we would like and starting cutting really big thick slices of meat.
All the vegetables looked edible. First couple of mouthfuls it was like eating a cigarette ash tray a horrible smoke after taste. I suddenly realised it was the gravy and unfortunately I have covered most of my meal with it.
We had refillable drinks which was a god send to wash away the taste away.
We ordered desserts they took about 30mins to arrive and the same lad who served us the carvery brought them to us and chucked the spoons down on the table.
My partner ordered a sundae but it was half full and my chocolate brownie was bite size and cut in half.
Overall experience slightly disappointed

If I could give it -1 I would have.
We went to the Hayle “restaurant” and it was very poor. We had a table booked for the start of the carvery service and there was food all over the floor already. Which in hindsight I see why as it’s uneatable.
The only way I can describe it was worse than school dinner meals from the 80’s. I’m guessing it was 90% microwaved. Definitely not a fresh carvery. I will never go back.
I can’t believe they are actually still open and charging people to eat the “food”

We went there on Mother’s Day and found out our booking didn’t confirm. Racheal the manager or assistant manager was so helpful. She found us a table even though being very busy. We were put on a small table that was fine as we didn’t book so anything was amazing, but someone cancelled and she came and moved us onto a bigger table. She was amazing and made a day that could have ended in disaster a lovely evening.

Went to the one in llansamet. Came in got served very polite. Ordered burgers and chips. One normal burger one big. Omg everything was so tasty. I would recommend. I shall be here again!

Went to gordano gate (brewers fayre) portishead to have a Sunday roast. Hectic as it was people walking around with their plates after getting roasted veg from self service, children becoming noisy, no organisation whatsoever. Eventually after 45 minutes wait helped ourselves what was left plus cold gravy.
Great place in week days ordinary menu, but don’t bother with SUNDAY ROAST.

The staff make this place. Food is good, staff are friendly and welcoming. Would recommend

Excellent service and great food, the staff are friendly and helpful, today in particular, Matt, Jay and Matthew went above and beyond. Ahmed on the carvery and Christian in the main kitchen, plus all the kitchen staff prepared tasty and filling meals that were cooked to perfection. And Alison for checking on us and sorting our deserts. Diolch/ Thank you for an enjoyable day.

Mother’s Day made so special by all at the oaks near Norwich airport. Always a great service, lovely surprise on my table today with a lovely baskets of luxuries. … Thank you Teresa and all the staff xxx Mary xxx

I recently visited Brewers Fayre in Whitehaven and unfortunately it was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time.

To start with, the water glasses smelled absolutely awful. When I reported this to the staff, they told me the smell was from the water, not the glasses. However, it was clearly the glasses that were not clean at all.

We ordered three pizzas between us. My wife and I planned to share one, and our two kids had one each. When the pizzas arrived, the kids’ pizzas were not cut at all. I asked the waiter if she could slice them for the children, and she took them back and cut them.

When our pizza arrived, it was also not sliced. We asked if it could be cut as well, but the waiter said the cook would not slice pizzas for adults. I found this very strange. Everywhere else I’ve eaten pizza, it is usually sliced before it is served. Even if they have a policy not to slice them, when a customer asks, it shouldn’t be a problem.

The pizzas themselves were also very poor quality and definitely not worth £12.99.

On top of that, the plates were not clean and the cutlery smelled awful too, which made the whole experience even worse.

I will definitely never come back to this restaurant again. There were many families and kids eating there, and with the level of cleanliness I experienced, it feels like it’s only a matter of time before someone gets food poisoning.

I will also be reporting this to Trading Standards.

Overall, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had recently
